Olyndra website is absolutely terrible

I purchased shoes on Olyndra website. Or so I thought. I browsed the selection on shoes on the website, chose the model I liked, the colour and the size. Completed all the fields for paint and delivery address. Pressed NO for tracked delivery and NO for insurance. The order seemed to go through. And then, the next thing I see is that they charged me for tracked delivery and insurance which I didn't choose. And no mentioning of the shoes. So I was billed for something I clearly did not choose and the actual order for shoes has never gone through.
I contacted their Customer Service only to be advised these expenses are not refundable and they cannot help me.
What a scam.

Ordered a necklace for my in March…

Ordered a necklace for my in March received in April wore it for the first time in May and after twenty minutes it fell apart absolutely rubbish.tried to get refund now won't even answer my emails terrible service very bad quality products never use this company again be careful if you purchase from them

Priority shipping? What priority!

They had the nerve to advertise "free shipping" and then charge one (compulsorily) for "priority delivery". Priority delivery my **** - it is now a week since I ordered, and my parcel is now with the courier (who are sitting on it, which is presumably NOT Olindra's fault) and no delivery date as yet. I don't mind their taking over a week to deliver, but I DO mind their charging me for "priority delivery"....

Make the worse FAKE version and sent
No human response all A1 and no response email for return which is apparently in CHINA at YOUR expense

I wish I had read reviews on Trustpilot rather than on Facebook. The items took weeks to arrive despite paying a premium of £2.99 for fast delivery. I want to send some items back but all I’ve faced is bartering and being told repeatedly I’ve only 14 days to return. They take days to answer an email. My last offer was 15% of the value of the items I want to return or pay huge amounts on postage. It’s just not worth the hassle. This has been a total waste of my hard earned cash. Absolutely disgusting.
This firm has no moral compass and I’ve played with the idea of reporting them to Trading Standards in the UK.
Note to self. never buy from firms I don’t know well.

Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible, shocking service sent wrong size, asked me to make another purchase with 80% voucher which i refused then cost me £13 to return to China had to open paypal case to get purchase refunded excluding the extra postage. Shows as Myrex on paypal. Would definitely not recommend this company

Appalling Customer Services and comms

Items are OK but not best quality, however customer service and communication is really APPALLING !
I had received the wrong size, although they give you 30 days to return, they do NOT reply to emails... have sent them four emails so far, still no reply. Feel like I have been SCAMMED!
Their shoe sizes are not compatible to the uk, so inevitably they won't fit, and then getting a change or refund seems to be near impossible.
I Would Avoid !!

Terrible order fulfilment

They charge £2,99 for priority delivery and a week later no delivery. In that time they sent me 11 emails. Maybe they could move some of the marketing staff onto order fulfilment. Not confident I'll ever see the item or my money back,

Order number 82208

Order number 82208. I emailed 9th June to say that I wanted to return the 2 pairs of trainers, then 3 days ago I emailed again but I haven't received what I asked for, which was could I have an address to return them to

You said that you would get back promptly but to date you haven't. Please can you advise me urgently? Andrea Winter

Following your reply, please note I have contacted your customer services twice but have received no reply. I am going to the ombudsman and my MP so please expect to receive communication from them. If this goes on much longer you will be receiving a letter from my solicitor!

Goods received not as described

I have just received my order for a pair of ‘Cotton’ DUNMERE UTILITY SHORTS.
They are NOT Cotton as stated on your website, they are Polyester. They were also size 3XL (40-42) the size I ordered being L (34-36)
As ‘the goods were not as described’ I will be instructing my Credit Card Provider to reclaim the cost of these goods.

Substandard and Lack Of Customer Services

Substandard, wrongly sized products received. Sent approx 5 emails asking to have refund, they offer discount for further orders. When adamant I wanted to return goods which were of no use to me as way too small; they sent return address in China or some East Asian country at a cost more than the garments. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU DON'T FANCY BEING FOBBED OFF!!
