After several calls to end this club…

After several calls to end this club membership, I continue to receive bills and letters with threats of collections. I WAS TOLD MONTHS AGO AND AGAIN TODAY, that the issue was cleared with billing and I have NO OUTSTANDING BALANCE. That's sounds nice, but the billing continues. Further, it should be known that I have paid all bills in full for all wines delivered. The phone rep acknowledged that the billing issue had been already resolved. However, she refused to send me any type of written confirmation. Further, her supervisor Natasha refused to speak with me. Despite my efforts to end this foolishness calmly, I'm forced to respond in the only way that POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE can be handled....and that's with a negative review. YOU lost me as a customer. I am currently a member of (2) other wine clubs (Naked Wines and laithwaites) without any issues.

Love the cabernet

Love the cabernet. My fave is drawbridge. My issue is that I ordered the holiday special and I was supposed to get the free universal tumblers and I did not get them.

Great order

Recent order arrived very quickly, packed well, loved it. I will say that I've had difficulty with the website when I am trying to manage dates on delivery.

Not delivered as scheduled

Not delivered as scheduled. No communication regarding non delivery.
Reply from Omaha is FALSE.
No delivery attempt was made on Nov 30. FedEx falsified records. Customer canceled plans & remained home all day to receive delivery. Security camera verifies no attempt was made. FedEx employee said driver was told to return without attempt to avoid paying more overtime.
Customer spoke to Omaha 1st thing next AM. Omaha customer service canceled order.
