did not like ur wine selections

Selection is always good

Overall the experience was good however after purchase tracking thru Fedex was sending me to a foreign website that had no tracking information.
On the day of delivery, tracking finally showed Fedex was going to bring it that day. This is terrible business.

Fast delivery and informative associate when I ordered

The food and server Judy made for a perfect dinner. Excellent food & wine!

The delivery process is flawed. Fedx gave us a window between 12 and 2 but did not show up until almost 5. By then we were not home and signature is required. The next day delivery window was between 8am and 8pm.By the time our wine was delivered around 6 pm the wine bottles registered a temperature of 97 degrees. Probably not a good thing. I live in south west Florida and keeping wine bottles in a box truck all day in the sun is a problem. Also upon opening the box I found that the wine that was initially ordered was changed due to supply issues. Not sure if I will order again because of delivery issues.

I discovered some of my favorite wines through this club. Very reasonable pricing.

My experience was really super nice, and the ordering was even better. It was so easy and on spot to place an order .
I opened the first bottle on Fri night after getting the package on Thursday and it went well with my dinner and guest. They may even order from your wine list.

Generally speaking, the quality of the wine sent is good. Whenever I request omission of any particular wine, another is substituted without hesitation,

I was very disappointed that you changed my original and submitted wines without contacting me first. In my opinion this is poor customer service for someone who orders a lot of wine from you. I would have been pleased if you had of contacted me first as I would have ordered some whites to replace the wines that you ran out of. Next time please contact me first or I will have to look elsewhere for my wines.

Omaha Steaks offers some decent wine selections. However, we ordered a pre-arranged group of red wine because Omaha Steaks said that "all of their tasters sampled thousands of wines and OH only selects from the top 2%". We trusted Omaha Steak Wines, but unfortunately several of the bottles in the group would NEVER make it to OUR top 2%!! Now there were several decent ones, but we believe they just filled in with the others that we found, quite frankly, unacceptable. We will avoid making that mistake again. There are too many other places where you can make your own selections and be more satisfied. Lesson learned.
