Omcgear Reviews

i ordered product for first time from this site. the online pic was significantly different from the actual product. I didn't even take it out of the plastic bag and sent it back--at a cost of $9.00, which OMC doesn't cover.

In my opinion, any online company that doesn't cover returns just doesn't warrant any loyalty.

Product was exactly as described, for a reasonable price. It was delivered promptly.

Smooth experience with OMC. Thanks for a deal on these amazing pants!

Received my top quality best in 3 days with a 2 day shipping order.

Ordered Houdini jacket. Product was good. Shipping was longer than I had expected, but that was blamed on weather. It does seem they actually shipped it when they said they were going to.

Everything went very well and they were frat to work with!

- No need to access Customer Service.

Ordered a jacket from OMC Gear. It shipped out quickly and was exactly as described on website.

Great price on a product that fit it's description. Fast shipping as well.

I ordered a jacket from them. It arrived a little earlier than the shipping was supposed to and the jacket worked out great for what i needed it to do. All in all, good experience ordering from omcgear.

It turns out OMC didnt have the proper size of my order in stock, so they called me, helped me understand the alternative models, and shipped me a slightly upgraded model at the same price! What more can you ask for?

I was looking for some warm down jackets for my fiance and I and really wanted to get two Patagonia jackets that we did some research on. We found them both on OMCgear for amazing prices. We accidentally ordered them separately, and emailed customer service to combine the shipping. They were prompt with their response and delivered both with no issues. They quickly refunded my fiance for her shipping charge.

Great customer service, great price.

OMC gear was prompt filling my order and the price was the best online by more than $30.

Product delivered in tact and free of defects. Would buy from this company again.

I was in an outings store looking at North Face boots and I found what I wanted, googled those same boots and you were the only place that had them on sale. I ordered them at the on the spot...conveniently used PayPal and got them really quickly very satisfied.
