Excellent service from site level, clean well maintained car.
Head office- Admin email had a negative tone and failed to read my initial email before replying. Disappointing. But the service from site level both Blenheim and Picton wonderful.

There was no holdups
There was no holdups. On arrival I was able to speak to a customer service person to be given the whereabouts of the car. There appeared to be no instructions about refilling fuel on return but our usage was very low. All appreciated.

Good car hire options at a reasonable price
Easy to use online booking system. Good contact afterwards to organise the hire, check id and licence,
insurance and payment etc...
Our credit card was charged a couple of days prior to hire and info on the car sent the day before as we had booked for a public holiday.
Would use Omega again.

Jasmine went above and beyond to help us get our car when our flight was redirected to another airport. Overall it was a great experience and a fair price. There wasn’t a lot of traffic and so we didn’t need to wait at all. Pickup and drop off couldn’t have been easier.
