Car was great, comfortable & covered over 1500 miles without a problem, on South Island, pickup and drop of good, watch for out of hours drop off fee.

Easy booking and change of return time, car clean and comfortable. Good airport shuttle service.

Omega provided great communication, even after their email went to my spam folder and was undetected until the day we were supposed to pick up the car. We were able to spot the error and pick up the car after-hours as planned with no problems. Everything worked as stated - very good experience. Except the car itself annoyingly honked once or twice whenever we locked, unlocked or left the car unlocked for any length of time. As the instruction manual was in Japanese, we were not able to address this issue. We were advised by the customer service rep that these cars are very "stealable" and this was to deter would-be car thieves. I hope Omega fixes this in future and stops this sound pollution and what turned out to be an embarrassing nuisance for us during the rental period.
Otherwise an excellent car rental service and would recommend.

We needed to modify our booking to pick up the car earlier and the staff athe Picton office could not have been more helpful.

Customer service and care you showed at the Picton pick up location. But the Indian gentleman at Christchurch airport wasn’t supportive nor caring. He just wanted to move on and didn’t want to try to help.
