dealing with Omega was easy, Paper work was all ready to go, car was suitable in all respects, locations of the 2 offices we used was perfect to the airport, with a shuttle available as well.

Good value. Efficient rental procedures.
Initial messaging when we went into lockdown was a little confusing and did not give accurate information regarding rental returns. Rather than saying you could not receive returns (which was incorrect) you should have simply outlined the procedures we needed to follow for rental returns (Queenstown Airport).

Pleasant to drive
We got the Premium Budget - Mazda Demio and it was a perfect little car for what we needed.

Was not explained where the drop off location was.
Was not explained where the drop off point for the car was and the address given to us took us to the middle of town with nowhere to drop car. Had to call up to ask for directions which after speaking to 3 people no one knew how to do. Kept being asked oh are you near the traffic lights when they are multiple sets of lights. Explained where we were (the isite) and not one of them could tell us where to go. They kept telling us to go to a certain street - which did not exist. Ended up having to go to a hotel where someone had to come meet us.
The lady who met us however was lovely even when we were visibly stressed out after driving around in circles for half an hour.

Your service was great - very easy to deal with and the car that came was reliable (nothing special but it did what we expected of it). The Spanish lady in Queenstown was utterly delightful.

Most helpful staff from reception through to drop off and shuttle to airport. Car well presented, no issues over 6 days, and very affordable rental and motoring costs. The reason I guess we have used Omega on numerous occasions over the last decade or so.
