It was my first time to hear about Omer dentist in Istanbul from my friend. On my first contact with them they were quite friendly and very prompt in answering all of my questions and concerns I had. Appointment was booked with Zoufie and made sure that he kept contact until arrival in Istanbul. Organised transport pickup from airport to the hotel and back. Transport to pick us up from the hotel to our first initial appointment was also organised for us. The clinic is very clean, all the staff were very friendly. Our medical consultant Selvi was very friendly and explained how the procedure was going to be done quite well for us to understand. Selvi and Zoufie kept contact with us all the time making sure that everything was okay and was going according to plan. Thank you to Omer Dentists I really love my new look.

Andreea my translator was amazing very kind and helpful once I arrived at the clinic.She make me feel comfortable with her patience, she was always with me and she was make sure I understood everything. My experience at Omer Istanbul Dental Center was incredibly fabulous. My medical consultants Aya and Shirley made me comfortable. Shirley was with me all through my dental appointment. She gave me so many reassuring words and what to expect before and after the procedure. Dr. Omer came to check on the final dental procedure and I must commend his humility. I came to OMER Clinic on Monday, and today, Friday, my veneer installation is fully completed. Everything was very well-organized and smooth. The clinic has truly thought of everything to ensure patient comfort, starting with the transfer to the hotel located just across the street from the clinic, which was incredibly convenient and saved me from any extra hassle.

I also want to mention how important it was for me to be able to communicate in my native language. This immediately gave me a sense of confidence and ease. Consultants Aiperi and Oksana were always by my side, assisting at every step, answering all my questions, and creating a calm, friendly atmosphere. Their support made a big difference, especially being in a foreign country.

And, of course, I want to thank Dr. Ozlem. She is not only an excellent specialist but also a true professional working at the highest level. The entire procedure was done with great precision and care. She is truly the best doctor I have ever met. Communicating with her was easy and pleasant, which definitely added to my confidence throughout the process.

From the initial email conversations to pricing discussions, the first meeting at the clinic, and the final results, each staff member treated us fairly and with the utmost respect and care.
The clinic is newly built, equipped with the latest technology, and employs knowledgeable, experienced doctors.
We have also been incredibly grateful for the outstanding Selvi, who did everything possible to ensure our satisfaction— a heartfelt THANK YOU!

İ had an implant in another clinic and its fail ,then İ arrived today to omer istanbul the team was so welcoming Turkan ,sude ,Dr ozlem and Dr Levent ,and the chief Dr Omer karaaslan .
They made a plan to extract the implant and place a new one

Was Friendly with sale person for a few months, compared procedure with other clinics and decided to go with Dr Omar in the end. Staff seemed friendly and welcoming. I had a translator/customer liaison. The assistance ends once you leave the clinic you're left to fend for yourself in a strange country and there's the language barrier. I communicated with sales representative who assisted but I think I expected too much above his pay grade. I was pawned off to another dentist( although the experience wasn't bad) I would have like if that was discussed before starting treatment. I thought he would be doing initial work and Dr Omer would complete finishing work. Overall teeth looks amazing, big improvement aesthetically but underlying issues that wasn't dealt with or work suggested to improve them. My overall treatment was time sensitive and therefore I understand the aftermath;there's a broken emax crown and a reoccurred infection of a root canal in under two months. I am disappointed with communication after treatment as after care should be paramount. It is what encourages satisfaction and patients recommendations. I also felt that my options were limited in terms of choices, that it was predetermined and there were annoyance if I would object to what was suggested. I put it down to cultural differences. Dental nurses were lovely and friendly, reception team were lovely on day one and then it was back to business. Dentist that did procedure was also friendly but I sensed he was irritated by my questions. All in all it was an adventure. Don't just research treatment, research aftercare, days during procedures, what to expect and the pros and cons.

Overall, I am very impressed with how the clinic runs and the whole procedure went well. A little pain during it, but after that it was good.

I am surprised that most of the dentist work that was done for me in America, was so bad and the doctors at Omer Dental Clinic noticed that many of the dentists have really damaged some of my teeth.

I am happy, that they were able to fix it, since it is my first time, for the first procedure was completed, and went well. I am planning to come for the second time for the next procedure for my treatment plan.

I am amazed by the things and services that this clinic had,I will recommend this dental clinic to many of my friends or family members.

An amazing good experience.

This is my second time coming here at the clinic, I am very impressed with the first time of getting my teeth whitened, the whole procedure was amazing and very different, but the results were extraordinary. Now, my second time, I finally got some scans done to see how my teeth were overall. I am so happy to know that my teeth were so well, only needed some gum treatment done.

Overall, so amazed on the gum treatment experience, it feels like my teeth are brand new and they feel amazing now.

Also, a special thanks to Mücahit, who provided help and answered questions. And a special thanks to all the doctors and the whole team. I will recommend this clinic to many people who need it or are interested.

I can't recommend this clinic enough. Everything from operations to treatment went very smoothly, but most importantly, the result.

There is a story behind each smile. For me there were different treatments in different countries which were worn off and I had to do a lot of fixings.

Once arrived they did the exray of the whole mouth and discussed the treatment with me, we agreed to my demands which is to look natural. Honestly, I have never met someone with naturally looking front teeth crowns, so I was a bit worried, however they came out perfect. They listen to what you want and do a few trials untill you like it. You also get a personal assistant who literally holds your hand through the whole process and arranged all the appointments, translates, helps so you don't need to worry about that. I didn't feel rushed, the doctor was very thorough. Very happy with the results.

Regarding the operations, I was researching a few clinics but they were slow to respond. Then I started talking to. Waqas from Omer who provided all the answers and helped to arrange the visit. Who was always available in real time. they met me with a VIP van from the airport and took me to a beautiful hotel 3 minutes walking from the clinic. The location in the old town allows you to do some touristic things while undergoing treatment.

I highly recommend them!

Arriving to Istanbul and a planned full dental make-over is a Huge Personal Challenge, with worries over costs, fligets, Hotel, lenght of stay, and not at least the dental surgery.
The Staff was fantastic, helpfull and Caring and full of understanding and empthy. What a great Team you all are 💕

Tell you about my experience with Omer dental clinic.A few months ago I went to clean only two roots canals.Tried to do them in England where I live,but only private clinics could do that and it’s expensive.So me and my husband decided to have our holiday in Turkey.My friend recommended Omer dental clinic (she put with her husband all new teeth with implants)On my first visit to the clinic they tried to clean roots canals,but was negative,so i decided to put implants.And I did,and now I comeback to finish this job.But before to comeback I was thinking to mae a Hollywood smile,but changed my mind as my teeth in good condition.Second my experience with Omer clinic was the same Super service,my consultant Mucahit😊big thanks to him he is very knowledgeable and helpful,this time I had different doctor his name is Dr Ömer Baz he is very good,his Assistance Esra☺️l🌹I hope she will see this message,very nice lady,friendly with big heart.I really liked her.My husband he did only treatment last time but planning to put some implants soon.And he had a very good waiting time as he was following me from one room to another room at all the time my procedure.So he had a good time talking a lot with most of the staff and drinking nice Turkish coffee,but one name he would like to manage here.There is another consultant with mustache his name,is Taylan 😀my husband really likes him.I only put rate 4 it’s because some communication issues, name I am not mention here.That only stopped me to change all my teeth.I know Etem not working there anymore,but still i would like to say thank you to him as he was the first one on WhatsApp communication with me.We will be back again and we are recommending Omer clinic to our friends and family.
