I recently visited Omer's Dental Clinic, and I am extremely pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-maintained, which instantly boosted my confidence in their care.

Dr. Habib was incredibly attentive, taking the time to explain each procedure and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout. His expertise and gentle approach turned what can be a stressful experience into a pleasant one. Would like to thank everyone on the clinic, including my assistant Mucahit, and my dentist Dr Kadir. Finally a word to Merve (which) was very important, because without her help I would never had found out about the clinic!

My experience was absolutely amazing everyone was so great they were helpful and hospitable… my consultants Khalid and Shirley went above and behind for me to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going on and was going to happen. The experience was amazing from start to finish. The organisation was superb from the airport transfer to the hotel which was arranged by Hassan the clinical director. The treatment was flawless. Everyone was kind and considerate and Mucahit my personal assistant was great he explained the whole process in perfect English. I’m very grateful to the team and very happy with the result after receiving 3 implants and crowns. It’s not often that you can enjoy going to the dentist but I found it a great experience. A potential scary experience for someone to travel from another country to have such intrusive and delicate cosmetic works.

I am currently two weeks post dental works, I am due to go back in December to have my implants completed.

I wanted to be completely honest so that anyone from England or other country’s would read this post and put aside their fears…

I am more than happy to have my contact details shared if anyone wanted any further details.

My first bit of advice would be that to receive an accurate quote and to minimise the risk of quotes increasing, you need to have a full x-ray to issue Omer Istanbul Dental.

Unfortunately I struggled with this, most UK dentists refuse to assist with this, I had to pretend I had pain in both sides of my jaw and make an appointment and pay for the X-rays. (They legally have to share the X-ray with you).

Unfortunately the X-ray was not good enough and Omer noticed that I needed additional works such as root canal, an abstraction of a wisdom tooth and a further tooth due to an infection.

This resulted in extra costs compared to my original quote however it was justified.

Please also note that if you pay by credit or debit card, you have to pay up to a 10% additional tax cost.

If you can, bring cash or bank transfer the costs (do your homework to find out the most cost effective option, exchange rates are better out there than home).

My contact for Omer Istanbul was called Ines, Ines had a great English vocabulary and made translation easy.

On arrival I was introduced to Amira, she also had a great English vocabulary.

I was seen by Omer himself to assess my needs and to ensure what work I needed and the process so that I could achieve it in the week I was there.

I needed more work than I thought however I have explained that in my above comments.

I was assigned to a dentist called Gökhan, Gökhan proceeded with the required works.

I was not mentally prepared for what was happening next, I had to have quite a lot of injections prior to the works.

It took a few hours to shave all of my teeth to allow for the crowns.

They were incredibly sensitive and I had an immediate thought of, what on earth have I just done 😱.

I strongly recommend bringing some effective pain killers with you that you know work well on you.

I would strongly advise bringing a meal replacement shake with you as you will not want to eat solid foods.

The following day I was invited back to have my temporary teeth installed.

They are not exactly the look of what will be installed but a good idea of what they will look like, this made me feel more reassured I was doing the right thing and could see what the difference was going to look like.

The following day (day 3) I had two teeth extracted and two implants installed, this didn’t hurt like I was expecting it to however when the injections wear off you will not sleep with the pain that will follow.

Day 4 I had a trial fit of my new teeth, all of a sudden everything felt like it was worth it.

Gökhan Made some adjustments to which he felt were necessary to achieve a perfect look and smile.

I have to say, this man is an absolute perfectionist and you’re in safe hands. He is completely driven to achieving the best for you and will insist for you to critique his work to achieve perfection.

Day 5, I had my teeth fitted and I was over the moon and shocked how good they looked and the difference it made cosmetically and I could finally smile with confidence.

I still suffered with sensitive teeth post works and further pain, this started to reduce about a week later.

They feel like they are moving slightly but this changes towards week 2.

I will update this review when I return in December, if your like me you will worry what happens next and is there any risks to worry about once you return home.

I will let you know how this goes.

Very easy experience. I am so happy with my veneers. I really like it. I recommend this clinic and they did good job. My doctor Kadir was so good on treatment and he was so gentle so I didn’t feel pain. My translator Mucahit is very helpful and very good at explaining everything. He made me very comfortable. And it was very easy to reach him whenever I have questions

We are two Italian brothers, and we entrusted ourselves to Omer's clinic. It was an extremely positive experience; the translator Aida assisted us from the very beginning until the end, and was available even in chat outside of business hours.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Omer Dental! Stop looking and choose this place now. Like everyone, I was a little nervous but wow- such amazing service, all the way start to finish. And the results I am thrilled with. My teeth look incredible (and still natural). Starting with Dr. Omer who did my consultation at first visit personally, he was very thorough and answered all my questions, explained all the options very clearly and never felt rushed at all. He really cared and listed to what I wanted done. BIG thanks to Dr. Kadir, whom I was lucky enough to have been my procedure Dr.. H makes you feel like family the moment you meet him. Fidan his assistant is super great and patient. Mücahit, our onsite translator and care coordinator was always there, very friendly, caring and experienced. Of course the whole experience started with very reassuring and professional consultation with Hassan over WhatsApp. I felt completely prepared and ready with all of his personal guidance and assistance. Absolutely best decision of my life! This entire dental clinic was incredible, I wish I can give them 100 stars!! Merve was my coordinator and before I even arrived she was there every step of the way, and came to my location day of my treatment and was by my side the whole time!! She was so amazing and so incredibly sweet!! My translator and medical coordinator Mucahit was so professional and kept me at ease the entire time! I am someone with dental phobia and anxiety. He literally explained step by step and literally answered EVERY QUESTION I HAD. My procedure for dental implants went smoothly and I can’t wait to return in January for my finals. I also wil be getting a smile makeover and this means a lot to me and I can’t to see my new smile!! I’m so glad I chose Omer Istanbul Dental! I had the best experience with Omer Dental for my veneers.
