The bed is foldable and not very heavy, useful in the car etc, but therefore not sturdy/firm. The cushion is not very thick (fine for us). Convenient that the central cushion is separate from the edge cushions.
Very nice colour, fine corduroy fabric. Convenient to remove for washing.
Fast delivery after payment. Online payment via bancontact would have been more convenient (now credit card or bank transfer).
Ordered two grade B poles for the cat. One got lost in delivery, no fault to delivery. Support was very helpful in getting a new one to as asap.
