Feedback on New Formula – Preference for Monk Fruit Over Stevia

Hello,
I’ve been a longtime fan of OM Plant Protein, especially the Creamy Chocolate Master Blend. I’ve purchased many bags over the years and always appreciated the clean ingredients, low carbs, immune support, and great taste.

However, I recently noticed that the sweetener has changed from monk fruit to stevia. I wanted to share my feedback as a loyal customer:
• The previous monk fruit–sweetened version had a smoother, more balanced flavor
• The current stevia version tastes noticeably sweeter and has a stronger aftertaste
• It’s still a great product, but the flavor profile isn’t as enjoyable as before

I hope the company will consider bringing back monk fruit, or offering a monk fruit version as an option. I believe many customers who prefer a less sweet, cleaner taste would appreciate it.

This company has captured my credit card and refused to respond to my attempts to contact them. I was forced to enter into a fraud alert dispute. Be careful. They used a closed internal email system and are not responding to efforts to disengage the relationship. It’s a very inhumane robot system and lacks human customer service. Again be careful in handing over your credit card information to this company.

I was a very loyal customer who bought the 500 gram container of powder for multiple types of mushrooms every 5-6 months. In 2022 they stopped selling the 500 gram versions which effectively was a 20% price increase on the next largest quantity.

In addition, over the years they modified their website and offering to increasingly push unnecessary subscriptions and push formulations of products rather than the pure core product.

As other users have stated, they will not respond to your messages if you say you are unsatisfied with a product - that is a lie and it's pure marketing.

I find Bulk Supplements to be a much better value for the money than Om Mushrooms. After spending thousands of dollars here and sending multiple friends to their website, I will never spend another dollar with Om Mushrooms again.

They took it too far by eliminating their 500 gram mushroom offering. They revealed themselves to be just like every other business, money hungry vampires taking advantage of their loyal customers so they can raise prices. Never again.

This company is terrible. Not only is the product poorly made but they trick you into thinking their is a satisfaction guarantee or that they have customer service reps when in fact they don't reply to messages. I purchased the Master Blend Mushroom Powder directly from their website on August 16th. It was expensive but I thought it would be beneficial for my health overall. After three days of taking the powder with food as directed, I was having terrible bowl movements and gastrointestinal distress. It only improved when I stopped taking it. My roommate also tried some of it and had the same issues. I submitted a request for a refund to the company explaining my dissatisfaction with the product, but they never replied. According to their satisfaction guarantee policy i should have received a refund. Not only did they never reply to me, but they also have missing links on the email confirmations of my purchase so I cannot write a review for their website. The ingredients list on their product is not transparent since it lists all the mushrooms together and does not tell you the precise amount of each. Overall, I had a terrible experience with this product and this company. I would not recommend.

TOTAL SCAM. Sent money via Zelle and never got the product or a refund after repeated contact. They even tried to get me to send more money “to get my money back.”

Decent products, relatively good price. Will possibly buy again.

I am very disappointed. I have been looking forward to trying these products for a few months and put over $90 in my cart. A $5 off promotion was automatically added that is valid through 12-13? Because of this it would not allow me to use my 20% first time customer promotion. I called Om customer service and Lee was not helpful. She suggested I auto enroll for the same discount and then cancel if I want. I am a brand new customer not looking to auto enroll in a never tasted product. What kind of company sends you an email discount code that you cannot use ?! I am not looking to “stack “ discounts but simply get the 20% off I was offered. I may not try to order again. #customerservicecounts

Goes down well as a powder and for sure increased my immunity!

I cannot imagine my day withiout Om energy and kove that there are now 2 flavors for somw varuety. I use the stick packs when I travel and the tubs at home. it is much kinder to my system than coffee and I love the sustained energy iI get. Since my college age daughter has been home with us, she has become an Om convert as well.

I already have your Chaga mushroom powder...I'm glad that I took a minute to look up OM instead of through Amazon...While Amazon is great, I appreciated your site to see ALL that you had to offer 💯💜

NOT SURE IF THE MUSHROOM SUPPLEMENT IS THE ONLY CAUSE OF CLEARING OUR BRAIN FOG, BUT I CONTEND THAT IT MOST PROBABLY CONTRIBUTED TO OUR CLEARER THINKING AND ACUITY OF MEMORY. SO, I HAVE PLACED A SUBSCRIPTION TO REPLENISH EVERY 8 WEEKS,- WHAT THE HECK, 50 CENT A DAY IS A SMALL PRICE TO PAY, EVEN IF IT'S ONLY A PLACEBO.

I love their Master Blend!! It really helped me focus and ease my nerves
