My dog had severe skin allergies and soft stools. Changed to Omni months ago..dry food with third of tin wet food mixed in. Added organic coconut oil.
She loves it. Stools firm. Huge improvement in skin condition and scratching.

Sophie was lovely my dog is currently having quite severe skin problems and the fact that he’s never had them before was very much a concern to me.
I had already put him on Omni hypoallergenic food supported with the irritated skin chews and just wanted reassurance that I was going in the right direction. Sophie gave me the advice and reassurance that I needed and I now feel confident that I am moving in the right direction to resolve this problem. There will be a follow up consultation in a couple of weeks.

After recently transitioning to vegan, I felt conflicted about what to feed my small greyhound, Bella, as I knew ethically I was not happy feeding her animal products, but was always told dogs are carnivores. As her Kahu (a guardian and protector in Hawaiian culture), I started to research vegan options for dogs. It was paramount to find food that didn't just taste good for her but had all the benefits she needed to stay healthy and strong.
I ordered senior dry food (she turned 9 in April) and the 3 different types of wet food, as I had a code from a vegan blogger. Unfortunately, Bella struggled with the transition; she had always eaten meaty foods and did not enjoy her veggie wet food.
I had been sent an email from Omni's customer service team to see how we were getting out, and I explained that Bella was not a fan of the wet food and perhaps the senior biscuits were a bit big for her (she's had 10 teeth out, so she's not a fan of big biscuits). Teri-Ann, in customer service, replied to me right away (on a Sunday, too!) and suggested Bella might like the Toppers, as they are "meaty" bits in veg gravy, and also recommended the sensitive food, as the kibble is smaller. Teri-Ann kindly sent us a box of Toppers to try, along with a small bag of the sensitive kibble. And WOW, what a difference it made. Bella tucked in straight away, leaving her bowl empty, which made me very happy.
As I had ordered 2 big bags of senior using a promo code, I asked if I could send one bag back as it hadn't been opened, but Teri-Ann explained that under their Taste Test Guarantee, they would swap it for a Sensitive bag.
I cannot fault the experience I have had with this brand, and especially with Teri-Ann. I have enjoyed our conversation about our fur babies, and it truly comes across that this brand puts animals before profit.
Bella is really happy with her food, which makes me extremely happy and more so that we are not contributing to the suffering of animals.

I’ve been using several Omni products for my dog Leo for a couple of months now and they’ve made such a difference. He used to get really sensitive skin on his belly, but that now seems to be completely settled and he’s been so much better in himself since using them.

Seems a great product. We were on a well known wet and dry biscuit 50/50 but our 14 yr old border collie was paw licking, had tear marks and was bringing up a small amount of sick most mornings
We started with introducing the pro/pre biotics. I had tried a USA brand pre/pro first and seen a little less paw licking after about 2 weeks but after 2 months that was as good as it got. I then saw OMNIs ad and remembered seeing on dragons den (I liked was from a small home grown company and vetinarian backgrounds) anyone thought would try their pre/pro biotics rather than cut out completely being only 2 months in and seeing a little progress. Anyway not much in first 2 weeks but as got towards end of first tub alot less paw licking, the tear stains were alot less. Morning sick had all but stopped. I then added the senior kibble but kept her original wet food 50/50 (we have always included bone broth 40ml and a joint tablet as she had bad back leg from a pup). A month on new kibble and month 2 end on pre/pro now very occasionally licks paws, tear stains GONE and morning sick stopped completely. Sorry for such an essay but some dont give a fair representation, hopefully this does. THANKS OMNI

The vet consultations are a great added bonus. Sophie has been really helpful with advice for my dog who has allergies. The Omni products we have ordered so far have been well received . Customer service is good and delivery quick.

My 3 year old Cavapoo used to have terrible anal gland problem. I have been given her Omni gland supplement for about 4 months. They have stopped all those visits to the vet. I am so pleased.
Please don’t give up if they don’t work straight away, it takes a couple of months to work perfectly.

I’ve been using several Omni products for my two dogs for around six months now and they have been a huge help, one of my dogs had a lot of gut issues caused by food he was leaving it a lot and had lots of runny poos but since switching to Omni it has cured the issue, the other dog eats it fine and both love it. I’ve also given one the anxiety chews as he hates loud bangs these took a couple of months to bed in but the difference is night and day, finally I’ve ordered the diffuser to keep in the house I will update when I’ve used it but I’m happy with all the products so far

Omni has been amazing for us. Their supplements have genuinely made a difference — after using them consistently for over six months, my dog’s joints seem looser, her coat is shinier, and she’s just happier on her walks. I had an appointment with Nico for an initial discussion about my dogs behavioural issues. Nico was very understanding and he reassured me that there are strategies that could be implemented to improve the problems that have been causing me great anxiety.
I now actually look forward to trying out his suggestions which will hopefully help my dog, reinforce the bond that I have with her and remove my own feelings of isolation.

Problem with delivery because items out of stock.
Was impressed with how it was handled, got smaller 2 kg senior food as advised ( actually better because keeps kibble fresher.
As my dog has digestive issues IBD he is on a vegetarian diet combining omni senior which I combined with cooked sweet potato and brown rice .

My pug has been on the stress & anxiety chews for nearly 3 months (time recommended by omni to observe difference) & unfortunately there has been no notable changes.
Maybe it is just a breed trait but doubt I'd buy again.
