Very good

Very good, first experience!
I returned the pair that was too big in their shop in Antwerp and got there my refund. I’ll order more here for sure. Thank you, Omoda!

Never arrived, virtually no customer service

Nearly 7weeks since payment and still waiting for delivery.
Emailed for update, no response from Omoda customer service until I submitted a PayPal dispute.
Their response said “how annoying, they’ll inquire with DHL have a good weekend ...that was 3 weeks ago
DHL said it was sent by sea and that can take many months
PayPal arranged for a refund.

SCAM! Order has not arrived, no reply to numerous emails

I have been waiting for my order for 2 weeks and have emailed Omoda 5 times and have not received anything back.
My credit card has ofcourse been charged and I am not able to get in contact with anyone at Omoda.
Stay away from this seller as it is a clear scam!

Customer service is awful
Don't buy to Saudi Arabia !!
I am waiting for my order from 2 weeks and there is no update on DHL !!
I sent a lot of e-mails to customer service to omoda and DHL in Germany no one answers !!
I think the site is a scammer !! I m so depressed
