On Buy 

Ordered an iphone from this lot via a company which does not sell iphones (Vapeverse)? Onbuy have no people staffed phone or email helpline. Please whatever you do do NOT deal with ONBUY. We now have a long wait
to get our £470 back from our credit card company. All very stressfull. Be warned deal with someone else..
UPDATE. In the interest of fairness our money has now been refunded.

Despite on buy stating that orders can be cancelled until item is dispatched is a lie! I tried to cancel but seller refused even though the item is still "awaiting dispatch"

I have bought granulated Nescafé one kilo £33.60. Taken for ever to be delivered, unfortunately didn’t get it. I had to go back to PayPal to resolve the case . No communication no response no nothing from them. I will never used them again.

Received ordered rat trap unfortunately it didn't work, and was very shoddily made.

On buy brought a nintendo lite it came but it's Chinese will not respond to any European games my second review now on buy are email me saying my review is false I can assure you it's not avoided this company there a middle man that just wants to make money

Bought one item about a month ago, no problems at all- product came and was fine and was a really good saving on a branded product.

Ordered another item 2 weeks ago and never received it, the actual seller stated is USAMA SHOPPING MART LIMITED on the 2nd order I made.

Not really about the star rating just making people aware that one sale was totally fine and another was not.

If I could give no stars I would! Do not buy from this company! I bought an item and realised it wasn’t going to arrive in time for the purpose of use. Minutes later I tried to cancel the order but the seller wouldn’t let me. I was then told I had to pay for postage and a tracking service to return the product and get a refund. So I paid £8.40 for tracked delivery and then had to prove it was sent to on buy. Then prove it’s been delivered to the seller by dpd photo proof of delivery. All for a £23 refund. It’s an absolute joke!

Very poor customer service. I have not received my order number T66SQ86 it’s been 20 days and i paid £51. Is this a scam company? No response from anyone. Just emails asking for a review! So here’s my review ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy from this company they let sellers advertise genuine goods and send you there version of the goods i thought i was buying a wahl har clipper as advertised and was sent some chinese make when i went to send it back it sould have cost me more than i payed lesson learnt

Disgusting experience

I did recently have an issue with one of On buy sellers. However after writing a review they resolved the issue very quickly and I am finally happy with how they dealt with the matter in the end.

I ordered 2 pacco rabanne 1 million purfumes from On buy. 1 came and I contacted the seller after 3 weeks. They seller is a scammer and said he sent 2 and that I had opened the package and re wrapped it. I contacted On buy who decided to do nothing as pay pal was investigating. When I opened the package you could clearly see this was fake purfume. I tried to send it back, having to go up town in order to do this and costing £5 even though the return was not my responsibility. This whole process has taken 2 weeks of countless e mails and running around, without any help from On buy. The only reason I trusted this company to shop with, is that I trusted On buy to have reputable sellers and at the least, their back up in case of any scams. This is not the case. I will not be shopping with On buy again and discourage others from doing so to.

Don’t waste your money. I purchased a taylors dummy which was supposedly delivered. It wasn’t and onbuy could not provide proof of delivery to my house. I was promised a refund but am still waiting

Thought I was buying from On Buy but apparently item was supplied by H K Mart. Counterfeit product and although seller responded to my initial message they now say it will take 5 days to send return instructions. Why that long? You cannot contact On Buy until 48 hours after initial message. Loads of negative reviews about seller so why are On Buy still using them?

I purchased a sofa bed I found on line. No problems, nice chair. BUT I don’t want an account and am going round and round trying to leave. I’ve followed all the instructions but no luck. Get me out of here!! So annoying. If I’d have known this is the price of buying from them I’d have gone elsewhere

I have placed 2 seperate orders online on this website. First to arrive was a plastic calendar which was poorly made and broken. The second purchase i was made to wait weeks for delivery only to be told it was no longer in stock - still never received a refund scammed.!There is no recourse,no customer service no human customer service only computer generated answers

I have returned my order for a full refund. I was also told that I have to pay to return the item. Which I have still not yet received my refund. Very poor almost nonexistent customer services support. Shop with Amazon instead of On Buy!

This will be my last update of Onbuy and superstoreuk. In my last post I told both companies that we decided to sell items privately at a loss to me!. Yesterday I received emails from both companies to inform me they will send courier to pick the items up today!. Last night I sent a final message. Are you reading my emails! Please do not send courier here as we do not have items anymore, this is the 4th time we have told you. We will never have anything to do with these companies again. BEWARE !
