On Buy 

ordered a lockable socket cover for a job i’m working on ,on8/8/25 it’s now the 29th and still no sign ,virtually impossible to contact them and tracking number given is not recognised .First and last time i use this rubbish outfit

Absolutely disgusting. Purchased a fit bit off a seller called Extreme mobile and it was sold as new. I was later informed by Fitbit that I was the fourth owner of the device and it was first activated 4 years ago, therefore putting it out of warranty, which would have not been the case had it been new as advertised.
Contacted the seller and had no response, so I contacted on buy directly. In response just received an email saying they had found ‘in favour’ of a scammer. Don’t trust this site.

First of all, my package was promised by the 13th August. Eventually arrived on the 18th. Package was ripped open and a mess. Upon opening, I noticed a bright gold lid which I thought this is not right, looks so tacky. AND even worse, the cream itself is bright green 😡😡😡😡😡 This product is sooooooo fake, it’s unbelievable. More fool me for buying this product from a SCAM seller, rather than Origins. Most definitely will not be using this scam company again

They stole my money the were rude and disrespectful very upsetting and distress full i brought capstar cat and dog flea tablets i brought the fake product on the 14/07/2025 i received the fake product on the 18//07/2025 i went to use the fake product on the 07/08/2025 i also contacted the seller on the 07/08/2025 the seller replied on the 08/08/2025 basically calling me me a liar and being very rude and disrespectful I replied same day and no reply back anyway I brought capstar cat and dog flea tablets and when I went to give my cat and dog their tablets every single blister pack was empty and they refused to take responsibility for this and just steal my money instead do not shop through this site it is all knock offs fake scams fraudulent products

I bought , what was advertised as Elemis marine cream from this site. It normally retails around £70- £90 for 50ml. Onbuy advertised this product as 50ml for £35.
However, when I received the product , the box said 50ml , but it was much smaller than my nearly empty pot. The jar said 24ml in very tiny letters at the bottom . The cream also did not smell the same .
I contacted onbuy. They said they don’t sell counterfeit goods . I was asked to return the product with an attached returns label . No label was attached. 2nd contact said if the label wasn’t received in 14 days to dispose of the product. None came . Onbuy have refunded me.
I contacted Elemis who advised that on buy do not have permission to sell their product . As it is potentially counterfeit , not to use it as the contents would not he theirs . I imagine they could , in fact , be dangerous . They are currently investigating who it is selling goods under the Elemis branded name .
Please be careful buying anything from this site, especially if the deal seems too good to be true .
They appear to have reputable reviews which is why I purchased the item . Could just be a one off incident .

Bought a faulty product from their online shop and received a replica not an original. Been sending and receiving emails back and forth for over 1 week now without any resolution even though they have been provided with evidence of selling counterfeit goods!
