I tried this lot on a short cruise. A bit of confusion on the way to the ship but it resolved.
I tried them again. Better, although taken for a long ride on the way back.
On my third try, after a long tour of various ships in port, I arrived at the lot to find that they did not have the key to my car. They THOUGHT I was returning 2 days earlier, which was wrong.
4 days later, many telephone calls, 2 Uber rides and still no key.

I booked my parking and paid in advance for my trip to CA for xmas at the beginning of the week. Today, 4 days later, they called and left a message stating that the staff at the location overbooked the parking and that they had to cancel my reservation and refund my money. I have NOT been able to find any parking close to what I could have paid at another location at the time I booked with On air Parking. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed.

What started as a great experience turned out bad. Dropping the car off at local hotel (where parking was at) was easy and somewhat convenient. Had to wait for the shuttle, but expected that. The return however was not good. Notified the hotel when we were leaving the terminal. They never contacted the driver, who doesn’t wait for passengers like all of the other shuttle services. He was at the far end of the shuttle area and we were near the front. He just drove on past. I contacted the hotel again and was told they’d have the driver come back around to get me, but that was a lie. The driver returned to the hotel and we waited nearly 30 more minutes for him to arrive, after seeing other parking shuttles pass by numerous times. I contacted OnAir Parking (my booking service) and they said they are just a booking agency and not responsible for the service I get -- I did not book through the hotel, I booked through OnAir. I paid OnAir. I got communication from OnAir. So, I would say they are responsible, or at least responsible to only use dependable parking options. I feel this was handled poorly by OnAir.

we can always count on On Air Parking. The shuttle had just left when we got there, and the lady called the driver and they came back for us. Very short wait time on pick up. Very reasonably priced. Great staff.

A great way to park and ride to the Las Vegas airport. Cheaper than a one-way Uber/Lyft. This will be our go to when we fly anywhere.
