I do love the book because of the pictures inside, but maybe they could be bigger. Also maybe better packaging is required as the corners were already bent upon arrival into my letterbox. For the price I paid I’d expect it to be in mint condition when received.

I absolutely love these timeless keepsake books. I have about 6 now of the large gloss books, each around 150-190 pages. I’ve done one highlighting our year from January to June and another from July to December, so two per year. I have so much fun making them and get excited to have my creation in my hands. It’s a process I’m eager to continue for many many years. They’re beautiful books!

Great and easy way to create a photo album with pictures you don’t usually look at everyday.

Loved my photobook made it a memory book of my holiday with my husband and I will definitely be making another one when we visit any country. The quality is amazing. It’s definitely worth the money they have different sizes and you can choose between matte photos or silk matte.

Books great but not happy with the packaging the box they arrived in was quite damaged and the books were a little damaged on the spine I think would be good have some protective wrapping around the books in the box

Absolutely fantastic service. The album is stunning, it made ME cry and I made it!! I got the large hardcover album, with over 200 prints. Quality hard cover, the prints are amazing, even old photos came up great. I love it so much. It's going to be a family heirloom for sure. Thankyou so much ❤️

Love the idea and how easy it was to organize a nice photo album, it was sent over pretty fast as well.

I have used Once Upon a number of times and love their service. The photo books are great for capturing memories.

The book looks good, but the book cover has a title across the recipient's face. It may have been my mistake by not saving the changes, but I expected AI or your editing to pick up that obvious flaw..

I will amend it and use it as a base for a new photobook for my relative now, which will include some photos of her birthday, as the amended book won't get back to me in time for that.
Otherwise, it looks really nice and the delivery was quicker than expected.
Also, I thought that I was getting two prints as well, but couldn't find them.
