Ceramic Coasters
As soon as I saw them I thought these sre for me. They look hand made and have a natural appearance. The design consists of two floral and two grasses. They look beautiful and suits any home interior. I love them .

What a great experience shopping at…
What a great experience shopping at One.World. From browsing at Parsons Green with the most amazing, friendly and helpful staff to fast delivery from the loveliest guys! They put my very heavy table together perfectly and were very careful bringing it in through the house.
Second large piece of furniture ordered and will keep going back! So happy I discovered One.World only quite recently!

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I went back because one of the items that I bought was damaged and the two ladies that helped me said that it was my fault that they didn’t could anything about it. I explained that it could be that wasn’t wrapped properly and that was damaged as when I opened the item at home I realized that was broken. I kindly requested a replacement for the broken item or a refund. I have been a loyal customer and I said that this matter could be resolved quickly and courteously but they refused to do it I was told that I have to speak to the store manager during the week and that they won’t do any replacement.
I won’t buy from this store any more. They lost a client for £10 item.

This was my first shopping experience with this store and I think this has been my best online shopping experience to date!
