terrible experience!! I will discourage colleagues from using this service again. I bought a bulk of cards that never got delivered; called many times to get it sorted and in the end I had to request a refund. Phone calls and emails are unclear on next steps on process resolution and confusing. will never use it again

So awkward and difficult to spend anywhere - and you can only use the exact amount on the card on - unlike a PROPER gift card where you can use it to reduce the price of something - I guess One4All keep the rest - absolute scam not sure how it is even legal.

You can use this as part payment instore simply tell the cashier the value on your card and they can swipe this through, and you can pay the balance. Most retailers can accept up to three forms of payment, but it does depend on each individual retailer if part payment is accepted.
When spending online the balance of the gift card must cover the full transaction cost as most retailers do not have an option online to add another card .
** Recipients is unable purchase anything for more than card value**
“Please make sure that the total cost of your basket is equal to or lower than the value on your One4all Gift Card, as most online stores will not accept multiple payment methods.”
Only learned upon receiving, so by the cards concept it first limits places money can be sent, and then secondly limits the value of the product.
Where is a list of shops that allow multiple card payments (one voucher one debit/credit)???

Part Payment Online/Instore
If you are using the gift card in a store you can use it as part payment by informing the cashier of the balance on the card and by paying the remaining balance via alternative means.
Most retailers can accept up to three forms of payment, but it does depend on each individual retailer if part payment is accepted.
This cannot be processed online. When spending online the balance of the gift card must cover the full transaction cost.

Confirmation Codes not Sent
Asks for a code to enter the website which is sent via email - all good.
Then wants another code, sent via email to shop online - Did not receive.
Doesn't matter what I do, I can not spend the money my employers put on this card for me as a gift. They have decided not to use One4All again , as I am not the first to experience these issues.

Impossible to spend I’ve had these bought for me twice and both times I’ve found it impossible to spend it’s like a military operation. Should not me that difficult!

Awful service from not recieving an e gift card for a Birthday present. To the painful method of trying to find out what has gone wrong. All whilst the birthday person was without a gift .
Able to prove when purchased, and that payment had been made and funds taken from bank account.
So disappointed.

Have tried to spend from the approved retailer list for an amount under the card value and still gets rejected on purchases- always comes up declined, why are these still being sold as such a scam.

It is very hard to spend with this card. When the transaction is pending store would not take responsibility for the refund and one 4 all also take responsibility to put money back on the card. Previously l had this card and as l could not use it and expired and lost the money. I advise do not buy this gift card l feel it is scam.

I would never buy one for all gift cards not even for someone I dont like,there totally useless and this company makes money and is still in business because people carnt use them,I have tried to use them in tesco were the card was bought from apparently they dont accept one4all,dont buy its impossible yo use,the worst gift cards ever.

Limited shops and deduction fees
Not many places to use them and if not spent straight away they start deducting money every month from the card balance even tho card doesn’t expire until 06/2027 absolutely shocking I would definitely consider other gift cards in future

It’s best to spend your gift card within the first 18 months. After that a charge, as set out in the T&CS, of £0.90 commences monthly, and helps us keep any remaining funds secure. As so many have said - you simply can not spend them anywhere online despite what the website claims.
Frustraining, time wasting nonsense. The website is appalling the app useless. I have nothing at all positive to say. Avoid buying these cards .

If I could give zero I would!! Avoid a digital card with this company!! My daughter received a gift card digitally for her birthday and quite honestly it's impossible to use it. Wants me to download app! When I do it doesn't recognise my password so i reset it, try again and says something went wrong!! And just goes around in circles..It's just impossible. I think they don't want you to spend so it expires and they keep it!!

Unnecessarily difficult to activate and use and I am a young tech savvy person. Absolutely stay away from buying this gift card. Certainly feels like they create barriers to be able to spend the gift card.

Unnecessarily difficult to use
Awful gift card service, the biggest issue is that when you use the card it’s acts as a debit card and can’t be used with another bank card. Meaning you can’t use it towards a bigger purchase. Second issue, the website is terrible to use constantly timing out and displaying error messages

High cortisol experience
Every single place I go to which is supposedly accept declines this card resulting in a extremely high cortisol experience as they are just waiting until they can deduct all of your balance from the card. Update- Customer service team is excellent and swift and refunded full amount unfortunately the product itself isn’t as good.
