OneBuy 

Brought a bed arrived early but when unpacked a support bar missing have been emailing seller and one buy for 6 days and have had no response all I want is the missing but not really sure what to do but will never buy from them again

This company an its suppliers tell lie after lie an the suppliers send what ever they feel like, I ordered a table an chair set, I got the table but no chairs, an so begins all the lies, stay away do not buy from onbuy, they are just a company that has no moral standards, steer clear go elsewhere, really you be pleased you did I'm having to go through trading standards just to get this companies garbage from my house, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID CON ARTISTS

Was close to purchasing over £500 worth of items from onebuy as the reviews on their website IS FULL 5 STARS but after checking trust pilot and seeing 1 STAR RATING i will no longer be purchasing from OneBuy.

Rather spend the entra £200 and purchase from other UK established companies instead.

Ordered & payed for an item wich never came, when I emailed for answers had to wait a long time for a reply, they then informed me the seller didn't have it in stock so I would get I full refund, wich I never got, been emailing but getting no reply, £56 is a lot of money, they should be shut down there just rubbing people & getting away with it.

First & foremost, the guy I have an issue with calls his site Kikimall. If he is nothing to do with OneBuy then I apologize. If I am right; brace yourself fella!
You are the greatest waste of space, lying nasty individual I have crossed swords with for many years - and that is some achievement! I waited almost a month for the item I ordered. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my young nephew. The seller new this. In the circumstances I had to buy the same thing elsewhere, which arrived in two days!. I am now struggling (via Paypal) to get a refund. The item arrived two days ago. So I now have to (hopefully) sell it on eBay.
Leaves a very nasty taste in your mouth ,doesn't it?

I have had the same bad experience as all other reviewers. I bought a shoddy, badly made futon which looked as if it was made from old wooden crates but One Buy would not accept a return or refund or even offer a credit note.Terrible customer service, no responsibility for the product, they say they are just sellers for One Buy so wasted £119

What a waste of space this company is, ordered item 4 weeks ago haven't heard anything. Trying to get information from their site is not possible as its always stating maintenance work being carried out. Stay away.

I have ordered McAfee antivirus software from there on Sunday 20 June 2021 £6.99, however I have still not received it. Please do not buy anything from this website. I am beginning to think they are not UK based and this is not a genuine website.

I ordered a PS4 controller and all looked good, got a fast delivery date, that date passed.
I have emailed the seller, emailed one buy, created a case for them to look into it, nothing back

I ordered apple watch and only empty box arrived without watch!!!! Criminal activity!!!

I bought a set of chair in OneBuy. After one month, when I asked where
are the chairs, they said sorry, do u want replacement or refund. I tend to think, this is a scam. Holding money for a while, earn interest and give it back. They wasted my time. And hold into my money for a while for free.

Ordered for a neighbour. Trying to return goods is the worst, one buy take no responsibility. The sellers do not respond .. item was awful just on £60 down the drain ! Do not touch with a barge poll .. avoid avoid avoid !

I bought an apple keybord from ELECTRO MAZZA LTD.
The Item was exactly what I was expecting and it was delivered the same day they say it would.

Wish I read reviews before I bought items. The weights I bought were no where near as they should be so basically false advertising. When I complained they said I need to go to PayPal claims or seller. Seller wanted me to pay to return item even though I provided photos of the fake weights. Terrible site must be run by criminals, spread the word do not to use

I would avoid this site, which almost certainly deals in underpriced counterfeit goods. I bought some alleged Chanel scent from them, then was suspicious when the sellers responded with English and Chinese and gave a three week delivery date. I was refunded (hence 2 not 1 star), but the cancellation also came from China.

Thank goodness I read the reviews on here before buying from this website. I always check trustapilot first!

This is a platform for criminals. You have no come back if you pay and get nothing. Note also that their website shows a very high Trustpilot rating much high than the rating found on Trustpilot. Do not use OneBuy!

I HAVE NEVER USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE..I HAD CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER IS ON ITS WAY..I AM STILL WAITING.!! NO CONTACT TRACKING DOES NOT WORK..AS FOR AS I AM CONCERNED THIS IS OND BIG SCAM..I WOULD LIKE TO BE PROVED WRONG..MY ADVICE STAY AWAY..IM GRATEFUL IT WAS ONLYC A SMALL AMOUNT. PS..I HAVE NOW RECEIVED MY ORDER..

As a first time shopper i am disgusted. Placed order and then nothing. Watched the tracking and it kept saying on its way. Apparantly the courier lost it. Nagh keep my money for weeks and then refund.
Considering i buy everything online this is one company i will NEVER use again.
The item was a gift which never arrived leaving me embarrassed as i gave them the delivery date in January. Were at the end of February.
