OneBuy 

Bought a pokemon darkness ablaze booster box thinking it was a good deal, welp cards were fake. Many v and vmaxs not even shiny with the back of the cards the wrong colour. Not coming back.

I used this company as I wanted to avoid using Amazon. This product came in an Amazon box and was delivered by an Amazon van. It is an Amazon product and Onebuy is dishonest not stating this on the
Product page. Just another example of Amazon’s corrupt values.

Bought a product from this company,want to return to the seller although I bought it from onebuy,they want me to pay the return postage costs to china ,steer clear of them

The item I bought from 'Onebuy.com' came straight from amazon.
I bought a vertical mouse from seller "Kavithauk" and it came directly from Amazon, no attempts to hide it or anything.
I try to support small independent seller and this is what happens!
I want to return the item, this is a rip-off. I'm happy to pay a few extra pounds if it means supporting small, local, independent businesses, but if what they do is just charge you an extra fee for something I could have bought directly from Amazon my-self, I'm not happy to pay or play this game.
I guess I'll keep looking for a suitable honest online seller as Onebuy.com and specifically "Kavithauk" are definitely not honest or trustworthy.
SHAME ON YOU!!!

Had a good experience using OneBuy.com I was a little nervous as I hadn't heard of them before. I was very happy with the experience. The product I bought was alot dearer every where else so I was happy to order from them it was a quick delivery no problem buying from them again 👍

Good taking weeks to arrive, and I didn't know they were from China. Now I am expecting a fake or shoddy counterfeit. Pay a little more for your stuff an use Amazon. I have learnt my lesson.

Easy buying experience, satisfactory delivery timescale. Would buy again from this company.

Bought a gazebo which was made of very shoddy material I wouldn't recommend anyone buys from this site

If this is same as one buy great: bought item 21 Apr 20, paid through PayPal - not item delivered, no response toi multiple emails - now think this is a scam site!

Good afternoon we was looking at buying canvases came across one buy we brought 6 canvases and we will be returning soo to buy more came when they said they would very happy with product

I'm usually known for speaking my mind. I honestly don't care i believe if i spend my money to get something i expect it be the same as the picture (s) . I had no kitchen knives and decided to go on Google and bumped into this website. I saw the knives i didn't hesitate to buy them. Delivery was super fast. Looks exactly like the pictures. If i should give it 10 🌟 i would. I've given the website to mi mate.

This site seems to sum up everything that it wrong with buying online when it doesn't go to plan.
After watching This Morning my daughter and I ordered the Airpods and like so many others they haven't arrived and we have no idea when they're going to arrive or indeed if they are going to arrive. If demand exceeds supply a simple "out of stock" would have helped or a more realistic idea re delivery times.
At best i expect a standard wishy-washy response back saying "black Friday", "busier than usual" but nothing helpful relating to the date of the delivery. No one to contact, no responsibility taken and scrolling down looking at other messages that have been deleted just looks like you have something to hide - answer them don't delete them - you've taken peoples hard earned money and they've taken the time to leave a review.
So when will my daughter receive her Airpods or do you recommend going down the "try getting your money back" route?
