Supportive phone call

Having recieved an email requesting i supplied 3mnths bank statements re my car claim i was feeling concerned and upset, but (username LH2) put me at ease and explained everything to me. It is so nice to be able to speak to somone that listens and you can understand fully. I had taken out courtesy car cover through my ins but doing the claim through One Claims is totally seperate which i did not fully realise. Username LH2 was 100% supportive and a real credit to your team. I just wish i could have spoken to someone like her directly rather than the web chat initially then maybe i would not have had sleepless nights worrying.

One direct car insurance claim process

Service I received today from One Protect from advisor EM2 was amazing. The advisor was efficient, caring, reassuring and diligent. The advisor helped me feel at ease during the whole process. Communication after the call came through via email and text without delay along the recovery of my vehicle being within a realistic non time wasting timeframe. Great service all round

JD1 has excellent customer care skills.

JD1 was very patient going through the claims process as it was all new to me. He laid out the process & time frame. He even managed to arrange my car pick up for 2 days later. I felt confident my claim would be sorted in atimely fashion & he answered all of my questions well.
