Awful claims process
The reporting of my claim was easy. I did it as soon as I got home and was very shaken. 4 weeks later I’m waiting for a valuation of my vehicle as it’s been written off. The TP insurers have accepted liability. Nothing is happening! I can’t speak to anyone, the portal doesn’t work, emails and live chat are terrible. I have raised a complaint, they say they have 8 weeks to investigate! I just would like this resolved and someone to sort it! I am fully comp after all. I wouldn’t recommend insuring your vehicle with them. The claims process is poor. It’s been extremely stressful and continues to be!

From the first phone call everything has been excellent they dropped a hire car off and picked mine up the driver rang when he was 20 minutes away and the same dropping my car back and picking up the hire car the customer service throughout was excellent always keeping me informed about what was happening and the staff have been very helpful throughout

The agreed date for the return of my vehicle was postponed because your delivery truck is out of action. I was not made aware until I contacted you to confirm the date. If you are prepared to charge £120 for a failure to be available following an agreed return, then I think you should make more effort to return as originally agreed. Perhaps you could hire a transporter.
I have previously highlighted issues regarding the overall service (such as limiting to cost of repairs to a third party repair shop). This in effect prevented me from using my preferred repairer, where I believe I would have received a better service.
Having not had my car returned yet and based on the service recieved to date, I am also concerned over the quality of the repair.

The guy on the phone initially (Mati) was great, but this organisation is a mess! 'One Click' 'One Call' 'Once Insurance', all of them passing you from pillar to post when you just to ask a simple question (about an error on their portal!) each of them refusing to deal with any part of the process that overlaps into another. Sent me a link to upload damage photos that doesn't work and spent an hour trying to find someone to speak to me about it! Never made a claim in my life, but this is terrible. I give up!

My so called insurers have done nothing but delay in my getting paid, left me with a courtesy car and want to charge £122 for stopping/cancelling the insurance for a car I written off - AVOID THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE - SHARKS

Having recieved an email requesting i supplied 3mnths bank statements re my car claim i was feeling concerned and upset, but (username LH2) put me at ease and explained everything to me. It is so nice to be able to speak to somone that listens and you can understand fully. I had taken out courtesy car cover through my ins but doing the claim through One Claims is totally seperate which i did not fully realise. Username LH2 was 100% supportive and a real credit to your team. I just wish i could have spoken to someone like her directly rather than the web chat initially then maybe i would not have had sleepless nights worrying.
