oNecklace was wonderful! I had ongoing communication with Sarah in customer service who worked with me to ensure that the finished product would be what I wanted and would be proud to give to my sister-in-law as a gift.
The finished product was lovely. My sister-in-law was surprised and delighted with the birthstone necklace with the names of her 4 grandchildren engraved.
I can truly say that this company is ethical, reliable, and committed to quality and customer satisfaction!
