I participated in a leaderboard contest on OneClass and secured first place, expecting to receive the promised reward as advertised. It has been one week since the contest ended, and I still haven’t received any payment or even proper communication regarding my prize.

I reached out to their support multiple times, there is no any way to chat with them. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. If you’re considering contributing to this platform or joining any of their contests – i don't recommend.

They profit off contributors but don’t deliver on their promises. This feels like a scam. Avoid unless you’re okay with working for free.

I signed up to OneClass hoping to gain access to useful notes and resources for uni classes. I upgraded to the Grade + subscription which cost $60.12 AUD. I didn't realise until after I upgraded that the $40 cost I thought I was signing up for was in USD and not AUD, otherwise, I wouldn't have joined in the first place. Initially, I had access to the subscription benefits which were ok, however, about 4 days before my next billing due date I was charged early. I know this because I had put a reminder in my calendar for the 6th of July to cancel my subscription (2 days before the expected billing date of 8th of July). When I logged into my account on the OneClass website to check what the billing due date was supposed to be and to cancel my subscription, my account's 'Manage Subscription' and 'Purchase history' tabs were completely empty, despite paying for a Grade + subscription the previous month and just being charged for the next month on that day. This means I am unable to cancel my subscription as I can't even view it and yet I am still being charged for it.

Do not use this site, they are scammers and will steal your money and make it impossible to cancel your subscription.

I wanted to try because someone recommended it to me. But when I tried it, the credits are hard to earn and they do not have the payment method I need.

I canceled my subscription with them months ago, however they still took $120 without my permission. Despite telling them I shouldn’t have been charged they lied and said I didn’t cancel until after the subscription renewed. These people are scammers and thieving liars. I am now taking further action. DO NOT USE THIS “SERVICE”.

As a freelance writer, I have come to love oneclass for the various opportunities it presents to writers such as answering students' questions and sharing solved quizzes. I believe I can get a client to tutor from this platform.

I would love to give it 0 stars. Payed for subscription since I thought this site would be helpful, after checking on some of the material I was left with more questions since my teacher told me everything I was talking about was wrong. I felt like a total idiot.

When I asked for reimbursement for a newly charged month they said I can't be reimbursed unless I provide them Study notes or Study guides for some material.

They charge people and provide subpar material for people to be had for a fool. They are nothing but scammers and thugs.

If you are not sure or want to be able to get refunded if not happy with the services then You definitely don't use Oneclass.

Horrible! They automatically charge your credit card without your permission for a renewal. When you ask for a refund, two days after the renewal, they refuse. Buy beware!

OneClass has been an essential site that I have used for the past 3 years of my post-secondary life. It’s has helped tremendously with school lectures. Customer service is super friendly and understanding. I highly recommend this resource for all those struggling. Being a premium member unlocked many notes I needed! Thank you one note for helping me get through post-secondary!

as an international student, I like OneClass a lot. I believe I will use OneClass when I came back to school next year. I hope OneClass can be better so that I can have more information for my studying.

Absolutely absurd how you have to pay for an entire year to cancel a subscription. There was no reminder email sent before my card was charged, no way to modify a subscription plan. I do not recommend this service, the notes on there were useless and clearly this is a scam for more money.

I purchased this for my daughter who was entering her freshman year of college. She said the website was useless and she did not use it (her classes are heavy on math and science). Before her sophomore year of college, OneClass NEVER sent a reminder email stating that the renewal subscription was coming due (which is a common practice) and automatically charged my credit card. That same day I asked for it to be cancelled and they refused and lied during the dispute process. Based on my experience, OneClass is an unethical company and willing to take advantage of customers.

I needed a study guide for a specific class, and to gain access I noticed I could pay for a one month or one time subscription. That was my plan - I was willing to pay a one month fee for what I needed but was unfortunately charged $119USD to my card, coming out to a whopping $160CAD here in Canada. I quickly emailed customer support explaining that I am a student and this put me in financial distress (especially during this pandemic), and a service rep named Nikki Dang gave me a full refund. I know they do not do this often, so I am very grateful and satisfied with her help. I don't know what I would have done if I could not get my money back, as we are all already struggling to live during the COVID era. I made use of the study guide I needed, and I must say, this site does provide great notes and guides if you do need them. Unfortunate that they try to charge your card without your knowledge - I have read this on multiple platforms, but all in all I am satisfied with the service I received, even though they charged me unknowingly. I would use it again if I knew that I could pay for documents SEPARATELY, and not be charged a membership fee.

NOTE TO THE TEAM OF TRUST PILOT: THIS IS MY USERNAME ON YOUR WEBSITE AS WELL AS ON OneClas WEBSITE - OC3588406, I wanted to access Actuarial Science from Winters college. Before subscription, the keyword was supposed to be in the file, but after I brought the premium the keyword wasn't in the file.
SCAMMERS!!!! I am going to file a complaint against them if they don't refund my money! Very deceptive!!! I will make sure I will, please refund my $39.98 monthly subscription, the keyword I searched in the document before I upgraded showed a specific document, and once I purchased the keyword was missing!!! REFUND ME MY HARD EARNED MONEY!! I WILL FILE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST YOU GUYS FOR CLEAR DECEPTION IF YOU DO NOT REFUND MY MONEY!!!
