Oneclass is a great account. It has all the best notes and I can share mine as well.

A completely honest review of OneClass. Its note taker guidelines are encouraging to students to take their best foot forward in trying to upload their notes for some extra cash on the side. Its incentivizes students to participate because the logic is that by taking notes in order to get money, you will attend class more and by more in tune with the course and this could lead to better grades. This logic isn't flawed, but what is flawed is the idea that they promote that you can make hundreds of dollars from becoming a note taker. What is even worse and I have tested this with many other fellow friends and students. I wanted to see if they were selective towards responding to certain students and they are! If you are a note taker and message them asking for the status update of your gift card redemptions, the response time is non-existent. They currently owe me hundreds of dollars for uploaded notes that has been requested over a month. They have completely stopped replying to me even though I have sent them multiple emails to both their account team and customer support team. Worst part is even with the other students and friends that sent them messages to the support team that claims "usually replies in 2 hours", completely false btw, responded to them days later, with some not even receiving a response. If this ever gets the opportunity to be seen (they'll try and flag every negative review even if it is legitimate), I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Oneclass wrongfully reported my previous review. The truth must get out. I have opened a total of 3 tickets curtsey of their customer service section on their website. In addition, I have also sent a total of 7 emails. All of which have not gotten a response.

Issue: They blocked my account, hindering my ability to use their services or even deactivate my account. Yet they continue to charge me a $40 monthly premium.

I have used OneClass for a year and decide to cancel the automatic subscription after a year due to financial issue.
This is where I found the company communication to users is VERY POOR.
OneClass charged me a year subscription even when I cancelled it on the day it expires. I sent the company an email for more than a month now and only get one email response and no status even I asked for it multiple times. Now, I feel like the company just interest in grabbing your money and run...

Oneclass has been great to use in terms of uploading notes at first. When I first joined, the support team was responsive and the gift card redemptions always came on time until recently. Honest critiques of the site are of the following: its support team can go days without answering your question. Also they will never reach out to u if there is an issue with your notes or if your gift cards are being delayed of processing. You'll always find yourself trying to communicate with them. Personally oneclass is a great site to earn cash for notes, however it could be much better. I'm not sure if it's a lack of support team members or selective responding, but for anyone who isn't patient, this site isn't for you.

I can't access the site any more on any of my devices and it is infuriating. I subscribed and didn't even get to enjoy it for a month and they are still taking money from me. I want my money back

I love how I am guaranteed gift cards for sharing my notes! I love taking notes and it’s cool to know that many other people can use them.

Quick and consistent when getting back to you, be it for questions or for payment reviews. Super straight forward to use.

I like that there is reward options but for me right now, i can not click which one i want like to claim that reward

Oneclass is a very good and helpful platform for university students.

Only one drawback: not enough options available for a particular class note upload.

An excellent platform to share notes and earn a fair compensation as well as get access to notes for all your classes!

I use OneClass to upload my notes as a means to help other students. While the process of uploading the notes is very user-friendly, quick and convenient, everything behind the scenes is rather the opposite. OneClass offers incentives in the form of gift cards and raffles and you receive points towards these everytime you upload a document. Unfortunately, the process of actually redeeming the points can be very tedious and also takes a great amount of time. I have been able to redeem my points for a gift card and was expecting it to arrive within my inbox when one day I received an email from OneClass saying that some of my notes violated their policy and therefore they were unable to send me the gift card. I would like to first say that all of my notes are handwritten from lecture and follow the guidelines of what OneClass asked of me. OneClass also notifies you that they must first look over your notes before you can redeem for any gift card. The fact that I was able to redeem for a gift card led me to believe that my documents complied with their rules which I always thought they did. Only was it in the middle of having my gift card sent to me did they reach out to me and flag my documents.They also did not specify which of my notes violated those guidelines and all of my uploads are still visible to the public on present on my profile. If it was clearly an issue great enough to not award me my well deserved points, the OneClass team needs to tell me which of my documents were flagged and for what reason. The fact that they are also closed over the weekends but like to send these emails on Fridays is also not helpful. Overall, working for OneClass has been an okay experience turned bad. I am much more hesitant to upload notes seeing as this team will flag documents without reaching out to provide a clear reason.

I frequently upload notes onto OneClass and have received the promised rewards for doing so each time. Every time I have ever had a question or concern, OneClass' customer service team has been quite responsive with me.

This is a lovely place to upload your notes, especially if you already take good notes in class and want to get a little something for your hard work! It is very rewarding to provide students with helpful notes so that they can improve in the classroom.
