After several attempts to get on to the "system" which was very stressful. I wanted to speak with someone which seems to be non-exsisitant these days. I just wanted to stop my renewal, it tells yo... See more

I have been using One Click for a few years now and always get the best price for my motor insurance with great customer service inspite of being an online company.. highly recommend.
Really helpful staff in the chat
Really helpful staff on the end of the chat messaging service.
Helped solve my issue as well as being highly diligent and amended my policy accordingly.
TS4 was brilliant.
NCB problem solved…
I advised that when I took out the policy I benefited from 6 years NCB. One Click advised by letter stating that this was 5 years and therefore would incur extra premium and cost. I contacted One Click on their live chat, was able to upload confirmation of 6 years which was accepted and Chloe immediately removed the extra premium and cost.
Portal and communication was good

Helpful and good price
Sharp practice
Very disappointed with what I would call the sharp practice of this company. They force you to accept auto-renewal which of course I forgot - but as you can manage your account online should be easy to alter this right? No!!
They remove the option to amend your auto-renewal when it comes round to renewal time!! As if anyone is going to continually monitor their account throughout the rest of the year? How can this be right?? The only way to stop this is to go through a long-winded chat online where you are told you had 335 days to amend this but you can't do this now even though the renewal is 120% higher than your current policy!!!! They have lost my business purely on this basis.
Cost me £148 for two days cover. Avoid.
Cost me £148 for two days cover. I canceled within the cooling off period as they added a further £48 miscellaneous charge to my account in the first day. I’ve spent £200 to walk away from these ‘low cost’ providers because nothing went well. I don’t trust them and you should consider if being cheap to start will really pay off for you in the long run. Worse than admiral, Hastings, Churchill, Axa, I’ve swapped across all of the bottom rung but 1 click are dreadful. Avoid.
Wanted to change my insurance over as…
Wanted to change my insurance over as ive bought a new car. I was told by Natalie K that I had to pay £145 to be able to do this. Then I also had to pay almost another £100 for a deposit then only 11 monthly payment. (Didn't even get a years worth of insurance for my new car)
Trying to arrange anything via message was a nightmare. Definitely prefer other companies and being able to speak on the phone makes things a lot clearer, easier and quicker.
Overall I do not like this company

Emily was extremely helpful and professional with my query and I received my documents online within minutes. Thanks EE3 😊
Disaster
Disaster, only able to communicate online despite it telling you need to speak to an agent. Not much use they don’t have a telephone number for you to call even though it tells you contact them.
