the person taking bloods appeared a bit clueless, wrote incorrect date of birth on the form and then when pointed out was quiet indifferent about it stating " oh don't worry I do it all the time ! I will just manually correct it " . It got me seriously worried

From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy, from ordering online to booking the nurse visit. We were particularly impressed with Mae, who took our blood. My husband has his blood drawn often and usually returns with horror stories of being "butchered" by inexperienced practitioners. Mae, however, was swift, confident, and a master phlebotomist. Truly, it was the best experience both of us have had in years.

The clinic in Maidstone was easy to find. We decided to park in the King Street Car Park around the corner rather than navigating on-street parking, and it was an easy five-minute walk from there. The building serves as a community centre and felt very warm and welcoming, it even has a cafe!

We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. We received all our results within 24 hours and now have access to a dashboard to compare these results with future tests. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to be proactive and preventative with their health rather than reactive.

It was very simple to book the test and all went according to plan on the day. The results came back very quickly. Very satisfied with the service.

I am a repeat customer and these guys are always first class. I tried the home lancet collection but could not produce enough blood so they quickly arranged a visit to their phlebotomist who was just down the road. Results came back two days later.
