Experiência extremamente negativa – falta de suporte e incumprimento de prazos | Our companyExtremely negative experience – lack of support and failure to meet deadlines

A nossa empresa, Propósito Vigilante Unipessoal, Lda, adquiriu à Onedirect.pt uma central YEASTAR P550 VOIP PBX, experiência que infelizmente se revelou profundamente negativa desde o primeiro dia.

O equipamento chegou incompleto, nomeadamente sem as antenas dos módulos GSM, o que desde logo comprometeu o seu funcionamento. Após várias tentativas de utilização, os módulos começaram a apresentar falhas constantes (não apanhavam rede, surgiam como não registados), culminando numa avaria total.

A central e os módulos GSM foram enviados para análise em outubro de 2025. Estamos agora em fevereiro de 2026 e, passados mais de quatro meses, não recebemos qualquer feedback técnico, diagnóstico, prazo ou solução concreta. Durante todo este período, a nossa empresa ficou sem comunicações a 100%, o que se traduziu em prejuízos operacionais e financeiros reais.

O mais grave não é apenas o problema técnico, mas sim a ausência total de acompanhamento, comunicação e respeito pelo cliente, mesmo após vários contactos e pedidos formais de esclarecimento. Uma situação destas demonstra falta de profissionalismo e de compromisso pós-venda, especialmente grave tratando-se de equipamentos críticos para empresas.

Neste momento, não consideramos esta empresa confiável e não recomendamos os seus serviços, sobretudo a quem depende de soluções de comunicações para o normal funcionamento do seu negócio.

Caso a situação venha a ser resolvida de forma célere, justa e profissional, comprometemo-nos a rever e atualizar esta avaliação. Até à data, infelizmente, não temos qualquer motivo para o fazer.

Our company, Propósito Vigilante Unipessoal, Lda, purchased a YEASTAR P550 VOIP PBX from Onedirect.pt, and unfortunately the experience has been deeply negative from day one.

The equipment arrived incomplete, specifically missing the GSM module antennas, which immediately compromised its proper operation. After several attempts to use it, the modules began to show constant failures (no network signal, appearing as not registered), eventually resulting in a total breakdown.

The PBX and GSM modules were sent for technical analysis in October 2025. We are now in February 2026, and after more than four months, we have received no technical feedback, diagnosis, timeline, or concrete solution. During this entire period, our company has been operating without fully functional communications, leading to real operational and financial losses.

The most serious issue is not just the technical failure itself, but the complete lack of follow-up, communication, and customer support, despite multiple formal contacts and requests for clarification. This situation reflects a lack of professionalism and post-sales commitment, which is particularly serious when dealing with business-critical communication equipment.

At this point, we do not consider this company reliable and cannot recommend its services, especially to businesses that depend on stable and reliable communication solutions.

Should this situation be resolved in a fast, fair, and professional manner, we are willing to review and update this rating. To date, however, we have no reason to do so.

unreliable, zero concern for customer

I've bought a rare headset with outstanding noise cancellation for my new job. The website offered fastest delivery within 2-4 days. I proceeded with the order because of all the positive reviews.

By day 3, the order was still processing. So I contacted customer support. I was informed that they had no stock and it would take about 5 days more to deliver.

- nobody cared to informed me about the delay
- charging for faster delivery regardless the delay
- new delivery date unspecific without commitment
- no immediate refund regardless their fault

+ quick answers from support
+ support speaks English

It is safe to assume that I will never order from them again. This is such a typical Portuguese service, ignoring times and unconcerned about customers.

Good experience of cooperation

We are satisfated with cooperation to the Onedirect. We had an order and received it, but the items of our order didn’t work. So we wrote the letter to the department of Onedirect. And they offered refund and then they sent new order with items which we chose on web site of Onedirect. They work good now and we use it in our professional life.

Great workflow: product did not satisfy completely

The delivery experience, from ordering to delivery, was excellent.
Yet, the product itself did not tick all the expected boxes (it was supposed to have a noise canceling microphone, but in reality it just has a normal microphone).
