The review system of your organization…

The review system of your organization is extremely disappointing. You seem unaware that my account went into review. I was hired just a month ago and was promised constant support and feedback, but that hasn't happened. Instead, I was given over 275 pages of guidelines to study and required to pass multiple certifications. After successfully completing all the certifications, I was put into production, where my work quality would be assessed through Golden Tests (GT). I passed these assessments and continued working.

However, one day a client login issue arose, affecting all users on OneForma/Centific. Since that issue, I have received no work at all. When I reached out about this, I was told it was due to a spot check and that I would be updated soon. Despite an email confirming that I passed the Golden Test for the project and could continue working, just a few days later, instead of receiving new tasks, my account was terminated—without any explanation or feedback.

It’s shocking because I dedicated 8-10 hours straight each day to complete just 1-2 production hours, ensuring top-notch quality since I had just started the project. Yet, it feels like the organization doesn’t care about its workers. Communication is non-existent, there’s no transparency, and when we ask about the lack of work, we get random, unsubstantiated reasons with no real feedback. It's incredibly unprofessional to work in such an environment.

I am confident that I have not delivered poor-quality work, as I have always given my best effort and successfully completed all GT questions in Search 2.0. If there are any areas where you believe I fell short, I would greatly value constructive feedback, especially as a new rater, to improve my performance.

However, instead of receiving feedback, my removal feels unjust, and I believe it was premature. This job is extremely important to me, and I am eager to address any concerns to ensure that I meet your expectations.

No getting any response from support and contact and now I have been blocked by the project manager.

I need some assistance and I don't know who I need to contact anymore to get help. 

I was approved for one of the projects and on 04/10/2024, I received an email to log on to a certain platform to an additional test, I was told to go through the guidelines and videos. When I logged on to the platform there were no videos, on 05/10/2024 I sent an email to support to state that there were no videos for me to go through for the test, but I received no response. On 08/10/2024 I sent an email to the project manager and still no reply. On 10/10/2024 I decided to go ahead and do the test and I failed. I sent an email to support as per an email instruction that said if you fail the 1st try you should email support to review the answers before a 2nd and 3rd try. No response. On 15/10/2024 I sent another follow-up email both to support and the project manager to say I am still waiting for my answers to be reviewed so I can try the test again, it’s the 24th today and I have received zero communication. I would like to know what needs to be done so I can get some feedback and proceed to the next stage.
On 24/10/2024, I emailed contact, they responded and cc'd the project manager to attend to me, but I never heard back from him. I sent another follow-up email on 30/10/2024 to both the project manager and contact, but still no reply. When I tried to email the project manager today to follow up, it said that I have been blocked. I am beyond shocked because it's clear that when you raise a query or complaint you will be blocked, I am wondering what kind of company is this, What's the point of starting onboarding if you are going to be left in the middle of the whole thing?

It’s been over a week with no update on…

It’s been over a week with no update on the spot check, raising concerns that the account may have been permanently suspended. Many others online have mentioned being removed from projects for “suspicious activity,” even when nothing wrong was done.

I was hired for a project and terminated for no reason.

I was hired for a project and everything seemed fine until the second month, when my account was flagged for a spot check. It was reinstated the very next day, so I didn’t think much of it. However, in the third month, my account was again flagged for a spot check. This time, I received an email stating they found "suspicious activity" and had decided to remove me from the project.

When I questioned this decision, explaining that I hadn’t violated any work policies, they responded a few days later claiming that the issue was actually due to "low work quality," and they wouldn't be taking me back on the project. However, they agreed to pay me for the work I had completed that month.

It became clear to me that they had mistakenly flagged my account for suspicious activity, but rather than owning up to their mistake, they shifted the blame to "low work quality" to avoid admitting fault and avoid any negative repercussions within their organization. Since then, they’ve ignored my responses.

As an independent contractor, I realize we don’t have the same rights or recourse as employees, but this situation was clearly mishandled. If the people handling my case experienced such unfair treatment themselves, they’d understand how frustrating it is to be terminated for no valid reason.

To anyone considering working with companies like Centific/OneForma, I would advise you to reconsider. They clearly do not value the time and effort of the people they hire, and you could end up wasting your valuable time on a company that mishandles its processes and doesn’t respect its workers.

Update as on Nov 13th 2024, I was advised to send a direct message on Instagram. I’ve reached out, but haven’t received a response yet.

With all of the scams going on

With all of the scams going on, I’m a little misled and concerned about a job that I have taken on With this company. Why are we using WhatsApp to complete these surveys which are also asking us to have our banking information and credit card handy so that we can review Facebook and purchases. poor customer service

No support

On October 19 I wrote to Oneforma account-review because when I try to apply for a job I cannot because of "suspicious activity". I also explained that I already went to the Help center and tried all possible solutions to the reasons that are listed in the section but the situation remains the same. I have already verified the following: 1) I am using my own personal devices to access my account.
2) I Don’t share my internet connection or devices with more than one other user on OneForma.
3) I Avoid using public and corporate networks.
4) I have Disabled VPN, proxy or any other anonymizing software/service that may be active on my device. I am still waiting for a reply, nothing has changed in nearly a week and there is no sign that Oneforma is working to solve the issue. I would appreciate to have received an email from the support with the number of my case and a follow up with the solution. Thanks

No payment and stealing of entries

I have been working on a certain data collection project and after putting in at least 60 hours of my time,most of my entries were written to be AI generated.I tried to explain that I dont have a certain Letter on my laptop keyboard and had to paste it and most of the entries were generating 95 to 100%, I found myself in shock to see that almost 200 entries have be disguarded.I wrote up all of my entries and sam by number that some of them have been stolen.I tried to contact the contractor,no reply.One forma forwarded my massage to the contractor,no reply.So I got scamed amd wont be seeing any money soon.Dont even try to work with this platform.

Extremely disappointed

I recently opened and I am extremely disappointed with my experience on OneForma. After applying for a job on their platform, I was immediately blocked with a message claiming “suspicious activity” on my account, which came as a complete shock since I’ve followed all standard application processes. This was frustrating and concerning, especially as I was genuinely interested in working with them.

What’s worse, there is very limited customer support to address such critical issues. I attempted to reach out through multiple channels but received no guidance or response. OneForma’s lack of transparency and support makes it feel like applicants aren’t valued or trusted.

If you’re looking for freelance work, beware. The application issues and lack of customer support make this platform unreliable. I hope they improve their support processes so future applicants don’t encounter the same difficulties.

While we do post news about projects or new openings on our social media channels, we do not engage with potential members or ask them to participate directly through them. Everything is done through our OneForma platform.

Support staff is so overwhelmed that you will be alone when you fail.

The certification process is an unpaid nightmare that requires days of studying just to get it wrong because the tests themselves are wrong.
If you pass, then you are constantly threatened with quality metrics that you cannot see and you cannot improve because there are no ways to address your doubts. Officially, you are supposed to receive video calls and the link to a chat that you never get. The only real communication is a mail that sometimes answers. But support staff is so overwhelmed that you cannot realistically solve any doubts. And since you cannot learn from your mistakes, you inevitably fail some metric and you are removed.

I've been waiting almost TWO YEARS on payment

Update 10/23: After leaving a response to my review, OneForma STILL has not responded to any of my emails. I provided the additional information they requested and I have not heard back. Just further proof that this company is a SCAM.

I can't even begin to explain my frustration with this company! They do not pay for work performed and that is illegal! I have been trying to get paid for the work I did for nearly two years. It is not even about the about the money anymore, it is about the principle of the matter. The support team is unresponsive.

At this point, I am just continuing to follow up so I have a solid paper trail to seek legal action. The fact that this company is going to have to pay corporate lawyer fees instead of simply taking a few minutes to address a payment of less that $100 is hilarious to me.

Updated to add: OneForma responded and told me to reach out via email. I already reached out to the email before writing this review and still no response. They also said they always pay for work completed successfully, which is simply not true. There was a log of hours completed for the project on my profile but still no payment.

Additionally, I was approved for and completed tasks on another project more than a month ago and still have not been paid for it. I only worked on the project to gather evidence of OneForma's pattern of non-payment. This time, I collected dozens of recordings and screenshots. I have confirmation from the project lead that the tasks were completed and even positive feedback on my work but NO PAYMENT.

This company is fraudulent.

Oneforma is a reliable company

I started working at Oneforma about 3 years ago. For a couple of months, I worked on it quite a bit, about 4 hours a day, and managed to earn around $300. After that, the projects slowed down, and I decided to work on it only occasionally to earn some extra pocket money. Still, I’d be willing to work on a specific project again, but I think I need to take a new test, and I can’t find enough information about it.

In any case, it’s a company that pays much more than others of its kind. I mean, it’s unlikely you’ll earn a full salary like in a developed country here, but the payment is really good considering the time invested.

In Oneforma, you can not only work on their own projects, but they also collaborate with other companies, and you can earn quite a bit of money that way.

Once I had an issue accessing one of the companies they collaborate with, and the Oneforma team solved it within a few hours with remarkable kindness.
Payments have always been punctual, although I think it would be better if they were made bi-weekly rather than monthly as they are now, since it’s better to get extra money quickly.

In short, Oneforma is a reliable company that offers the opportunity to earn extra money from home with total freedom of your time, in an honest way, and not by filling out stupid surveys or anything like that, but by working on microtasks and other serious projects. It should have a better rating on this page.

I started working for Oneforma projects…

I started working for Oneforma projects in April and all seemed fine at the beginning, besides the fact that you don't get any replies if you ask questions about the projects unless you're very lucky and find some nice member of the team. I got my account flagged for suspect activity last August just because I used my college connection to log in and I can't apply to any other job since then. I've sent multiple emails but no reply so far.
Update: issue fixed thanks to this review.

I have tried multiple times to contact OneForma, emailed, on specific projects, hit contact recruiting team, etc. For example, I tried taking one of their qualification tests, and it kept timing out, and now I have no more attempts. Also, their training material seems outdated or incorrect in some cases. I would just ask for someone to respond to my email as I am not on social media.

I tried to verify my phone number…

I tried to verify my phone number numerous times, but i did not recieve any verification code. In their site it was written that if it does not work ypu could also try verification by whatsapp. But thats all. I have no info how to do vetification from whatsapp. I've sent them also 3-4 mails but did not recieve any. I have to verify my phone number in order to apply certain jobs.

OneForma is a platform with various opportunities for freelancers. While there aren’t many projects available at the moment, the tasks are typically short-term, manageable, and great for fitting in between other commitments. The pay rates are generally fair.

My experience with the projects has been mostly positive. Although there have been occasional issues with payments (such as tasks not being correctly logged and missing from the payment history), the team has always worked reliably to resolve any problems. I’ve never had trust issues, as I was always treated in a friendly and professional manner.

Highly recommended for those looking for flexible part-time remote work.
