Beware as Evri is their courier!!! After ordering the item it wasn't…

After ordering the item it wasn't delivered.
In fairness I did get a refund, after some form filling.
I strongly suggest you stop using Evri.

Annoyed at £6 for postage on a £500…

Annoyed at £6 for postage on a £500 wetsuit. Delivery emails were confusing saying 5-10 days and apparently sitting around for a week before collection by the courier and then all of a sudden arrived. Poor experience

Delivery company failed to deliver …

Unfortunately the delivery company didn’t deliver to my property and left it outside a property not even near my house.
When we finally tracked it down it was too late as we needed the jackets for a trip.

Maybe consider using a different delivery company other than evri !

Website was a bit clunky to use

Website was a bit clunky to use. If I added something to the basket I then had to restart my search from the beginning which was a pain and put me off browsing the website. I would have bought more but got fed up for starting from the beginning each time.
Clothes themselves though are really good and I love the brand.

I got 2 pairs same size. When they arrived they were both same size on label but when you wear them they are different sizes.

Products have not arrived

Products have not arrived, no way to speak to a person. The number on the website says its not recognised.

Would never use again. I have paid and had no products. Completely a scam or just have 0 regard for customer service. It can only be one of the 2 options..

Avoid avoid avoid

Posted a review on 24 September about not having a refund 5 weeks after dropping item off at Evri drop off point. Received a response about how their warehouse is in the Netherlands. Date is now 30 October. Still no refund!!
