Loved the jacket but it was way too big. Went for the recommend size from your guide I am disappointed you don't have an exchange policy as I am not willing to pay twice while waiting so long for a refund.

Woman of the wave T.shirt …
Woman of the wave T.shirt is nice cotton fabric and fit was as expected but I can get that for a third of it's cost. The logo is poor quality print.
Delivered on time.

Hyperreal fire poor quality, terrible warranty experience
I bought a top of the line hyperfreak fire 5/4+ wetsuit from a retailer. I have owned a 3/2 hyperfreak in the past and am aware that with the hyperfreaks you sacrifice some warmth and durability for comfort and flexibility, but my 3/2 held up to more hours of use than the 5/4+. After a few months the wetsuit was coming apart in a few different places. The wetsuit has seen a fair amount of use, on average surfing probably more days than not over 4 months, and was well cared for out of the water, but for a thick wetsuit at this price point the durability is atrocious. One knee pad completely wore through and the coloured outer lining around the arms and under arms was starting to come away from the neoprene underneath. O'Neill refused to honour the warranty stating that 'rips, tears and accidental damage are not covered'. I would not describe any of problems I have with the suit as rips or tears, I would describe them as wear. This suit stayed away from rocks and sharp surfaces, always rinsed in cold water, dried out of the sun and care was always taken when taking the suit on and off. I am aware the O'Neill warranty states general wear is not covered, but after only 4 months I feel completely cheated by poor materials used to make an expensive wetsuit. I wouldn't not buy a thicker hyperfreak again and this experience has made me very suspicious of all O'Neill's suit's quality and their warranty processes. I can't say I would buy an O'Neill wetsuit again.

Tie dye hoodie
Order was a tie dye hoodie. Delivery to UK was quicker than expected as I believe they are in the Netherlands. The hoodie is really nice. Bright vibrant sky blue with white tie dye effect. Soft feeling material and very comfortable on. I'd say it is a medium thickness hoodie but it keeps you warm. Ordered XL. Fits well but isn't too tight which is what I wanted.
Good Quality
Easy to order , quick delivery . The goods where of good quality and I am pleased with what I purchased
Lovely quality products
Clear website, easy ordering, good communication re delivery, excellent quality products
Great 👍
Quality clothing and quick delivery. It's the warmest jacket I've ever owned!
Wetty boots - great
Exactly what I wanted and look to be great quality at a good price. I find the sizing guides a little confusing for boots as they are labelled with US sizes, but managed to get the right size. Snug fitting and will make all the difference in autumn/early summer.
