I already gave a review as my replacement charger arrived damaged but you keep insisting I write another despite not responding to my request for a replacement! So here it is! Terrible service and poorly made products.

Really deserves a zero but that’s not possible unfortunately.

Ordered my item and website said 7 days tracked delivery. Then to my surprise it turns out the item is coming from China.

Surely enough, 7 days passed and the tracking still showed item in China. No contact number available on the site, just an email address. Fired off 3 emails to this address and did not get even one response.

Now about 3 weeks and item still showing as in China. Still not even a response to any email and I’m out of pocket. Now have to contact credit card company to recover my money.

My advice, don’t buy from these guys. If you have to, definitely use a credit card. At your own risk…

22 days since ordering and it still hasn’t arrived. Response from supplier is “ that the processing time is 1 business day and the estimated delivery time for UK orders is 7-10 business days as stated on our website.”
However it has been It’s been 16 business days since I placed my order. At no point was it explained that this is coming from China - or I would have known to expect delayed arrival. When I placed the order it said 7 days tracked shipping. The tracking system is very unclear. Looking at mine now, it hasn’t even left China yet!

I can’t review the item as I don’t have it.

I’ve have now purchased both the ‘full’ and ‘mini’ versions - for home use and in my daughters tennis bag. Both are equally excellent and in my opinion are great value for money.

Brought the physion mini and it’s amazing! A very powerful massage given its size.

Onephysion mini - Ease or order and speed of delivery was excellent - aftercare is non existent. There was no carry case with my order despite it advertising this as a free carry case with 4 attachments worth £35 - tried to contact via twitter and also the contact email address to no avail, disappointed, will give it another couple of days and if no response will return for refund
25th Sept - update so after a couple of emails the missing case has now been received - there was no issue from one physion resolving this, the issue was the amount of time it took to resolve, one week to get a response and another 10 days to receive the case (from china) - that being said my issue is now resolved, this is a well built piece of kit with enough attachments included and for the price looks and feels good value for money - 4 stars now

I have sent more than five emails now trying to return an item ordered from the site and have continually been ignored. Terrible customer service

What can I say? This is without doubt one of the best purchases I have made in a while. Really compact. Really powerful. Great battery life. Really helps with recovery.

As a Pro Tennis Coach the OnePhysion Mini follows me when traveling together with my players. It is compact and delivers a very powerful strength when needed. It is an amazing tool which fits in my bag ready to treat small injuries.
I have purchased a second one which I keep at home for the family to use it.
A fantastic piece of technology at a fantastic friendly price. Highly recommended

The item never showed up in my delivery box, which contained my other item that I had ordered. I don’t know if it was a mix up mistake but they had it on my order form and failed to deliver the item to me

The Physion mini is very portable and handy for relaxing muscles/ relieving pain. I happy about my purchase

Well engineered product, I have been using for the last month or so to relieve muscle tension/spasms from lower back/buttocks caused by disc problems at l4/5 l5/S1. The difference is amazing..... I know all back problems are differently similar dependant on the person/injury etc etc so please, as I did, seek medical advice first.
Massages has always helped but 2 to 3 days of work n stress later, I need another ££££.
This has saved me money already!! so well worth the investment if massages are somthing that helps you with a physical injury.
I purchased the kit with hot and cold attachment .......Brilliant with some oil.
Have used on legs, 2 prong attachment on calfs and achillies 👌👍🏻) also a friend worked my upper back and shoulders with it.....brilliant, real relaxing too.
Had a slight problem with delivery as the parcels were split, hot and cold attachment arriving a week later.
I contacted customer services via email and had a reply/answer less than 24 hrs later..... Thank you Roxy from customer services the item was delivered approximately 2 weeks before was originally advised 😊.

I was in a lot of pain through a fall I had at work, where I pulled my hamstring and calf, I’ve been going to the gym and trying to strengthen it but it was still uncomfortable, when a PT said try the PHYSION and from the first time I used it the pain eased straight away, I use it after every training season and even after a long day at work, what an amazing bit of kit to have

delivery very slowly and he writes from 48 hours and it is already 10 days and still nothing :-((

Ordered a sauna blanket and what arrived was completely different from the website imagery/promotional literature.

It also came without the advertised carry bag, and was clearly a poorly made, cheap Chinese blanket. No branding, completely different looking and sub-standard quality controller that feels like it will fall apart in your hands.

Expressed concerns with Customer Service but they are not interested in actually helping out Customers and only want to try to defend the company.

I really encourage everyone to read the TrustPilot reviews and do not buy from OnePhysion.

Easy to use lightweight machine that last well on a charge. First massage I’ve used of this style and it is really helping my transition to barefoot running. The company appears to go above and being to ensure everything is going well and that you don’t have any issues with their product.

Came within as stated time frame. Was pleasantly surprised out the pro2 was. Easy to use .
Well worth the money.

One Physion is a game changer for me.
Aiding to the usual stretching if I apply one Physion massage to the sore /tired muscle, the recovery time becomes short.

Iam utterly disappointed with how long I have to wait for my sauna blanket
3 weeks is outrageous….. I ordered it in July and it’s still in transit from CHINA ,.. due to arrive toward the end of august .. very disappointing

Absolutely 💯 Amazing improvement on the 1st machine. This has really helped recovery of tired and aching muscles!!! Well recommended
