I am staggered they are still trading. I ordered perfume, it didn’t arrive and neither did a refund. My advice steer clear of this company.

Ordered Christmas present in December 24 and only when I chased for non-delivery did Peacock email to say they had cancelled the order as not in stock. Over 5 months on in mid-May and Peacock despite numerous emailed requests still refusing to refund the online payment. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - BY FAR THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER!

Perfume received quite quickly. Lovely to smell it again, brings back such memories.
Packaging good, delivery time quick this time. Well done Peacock!

like many others, i did not receive my package yet from last year and they did not want to issue a refund. definitely a scam!

Call your bank and dispute the transaction for items not received, they’re just thieves at this point.

Im still waiting on my refund from peacock bazaar. Ive already writtwn on this after 2months. 4nonths now been waiting Ive sent like 3 emails since my last review on this and no response atall from any. Total scam dobt buy dont even waste your time browsing all a scam

Ordered 1st December, nothing! No response, no refund, bunch of thieves, is there anything I can do to get my money back? Don’t go there!

If I could put zero stars I would, my order was placed in November and once again like everyone else, had my order cancelled and told I would be refunded. Had some initial response to my emails but this has since gone quiet. It has now been 4 months from my order date. I would imagine none of us will be getting a refund any time soon. Do not use this site, if it ever reopens. Absolutely diabolical.

Awful service. Ordered in December, Order delayed. Then order cancelled. Refund promised. Four months later still no refund due to "payment processing issues". Avoid, avoid, avoid. Wouldn't recognise customer service if it smacked them round the head.

On December the 2nd I ordered perfume, Order Number 15442. On 9/12/2024 and 14/12/2024 I was told there were delays due to staff shortages and heavy demand, on 26/12/2024 I was informed that my order could not be filled and I would receive a full refund. On 8/1/2025 and 11/1/2025 i was informed refund was on it's way, now 15/3/2025 and still no refund? I can only surmise that this company have no intension of making a refund, and therefore I believe it to be a total scam!

If pride means stealing people's money over christmas and not refunding anyone and not replying to emails then this company has ALOT of pride.
Scammers, will take your money and run off, go to a trusty website

This would be zero stars if possible, I received an email on Christmas Day 2024 saying they could not deliver and would send me a refund. Guess what? After numerous emails and promises of a refund I still have not received it. Last email I received they blamed shopify for the delay, clearly the company has took money from lots of people without any intention of delivering what was ordered. If you are lucky and used PayPal or a credit card you can dispute the payment or report them for fraud as I have done

Can’t give this company no stars!!! Ordered some perfume in December for Christmas, this never arrived and the in January they said it was out of stock and I would be refunded, still waiting for this refund!! Jokers!!

DO NOT BUY. Ordered 2nd Dec. No delivery and informed me product no longer available. Still waiting for refund. Apparently delay to do with the ‘festive period’. It’s now February- absolute joke

I have not received a refund for an order I made in December. This appears to be a scam company.

Honestly this website is terrible thought I’d order from there as the reviews were good when I ordered and it was a good price for what I ordered I paid about £8 for a spray and I understand that it’s not that much but it’s still my money! Honestly I could not say anymore how terrible this website is, ordered my stuff in November and it’s now February I have contacted multiple times they said they had to cancel due to orders over Christmas which is okay and then they said my refund will be refunded in 3-5 days didn’t happen and when I contacted again after 2 weeks they said it was being processed still to this day haven’t got it I have no had to contact again but now they aren’t replying as they don’t want to give me my money back it’s an absolute joke!!!

Please do Not order from this company. I am still awaiting a refund from a purchase I made in early December that they failed to deliver.

As with other customers, I also did not receive my order for Christmas 2024 and now February 2025 and still no sign of a refund - I don’t hold out much hope of ever getting my money back! The only reason I ordered this was the good reviews shown on Trustpilot!
