One Source communicated well

One Source was very helpful. The best thing about them was that they communicated every step along the way as while i was waiting for my documents to be apostilled.
I highly recommend this company

good service with a few minor issues

Overall, a good experience. Communication was prompt. They got the job done (apostilled).

However, there was some inconsistency in who I was communicating (several different names showed up). Also, their agent failed to send over the scan of my apostilled document in a timely fashion, wasting an entire day. They shipped out the document on one day, and then sent over the scan the next morning (which really defeats the entire purpose of sending a scan if the hard copy arrives first).

Excellent

I’ve used One Source a couple of times for expedited apostille services. From initial contact to completion, they are extremely professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I 100% recommend them to anyone in need of the services they offer.

False Advertising: NOT ALL STATES, NOT 24/7 SERVICE

I did not receive quality service. Since their website says ALL documents, ALL 50 states, 24/7, I requested 1 day rush service on a Friday for notary/Apostille/translation. 1 day later, I was told that they don't work weekends and did not have a notary or Apostille available for Iowa. This changed to a 3 day rush service in Florida which took 4 days for the Apostille (Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). The translation took another 4 days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday). Everyday I requested an update and was told that they would send me more information when it was ready. A 1 day RUSH turned into 12 days. I'm still waiting for my refund.
UPDATE: The only thing this company was able to do in 1 day is refund my rush fee and incomplete translation fee.

Hi Brandon,

We need to address a major inaccuracy in your review: you are applying the standards of one service line to a completely different one.

The 24/7 Service Misconception: You are quoting the "24/7" availability found on our Service of Process (legal serving) and Courier pages. Those field services operate around the clock. However, Apostille services are strictly dependent on Secretary of State office hours. No private company can process an Apostille when the government offices are closed for weekends or holidays (like Jan 1st).

State-Specific Restrictions: While we do serve all 50 states, we are bound by the specific laws of each state. As we informed you before you paid, Iowa does not allow for the expedited online notarization that other states do. We were transparent about this limitation; you were not charged for a service that was unavailable.

Timeline Accuracy: You chose to move forward with Florida processing knowing the office hours and state limitations. We delivered the Apostille in 3 business days, hitting the exact "1-3 day" window we quoted. The 12-day total you're claiming includes a holiday, two weekends, and a translation period that was clearly disclosed as a separate 3-4 day process on your invoice.

It is highly misleading to label this "False Advertising" when you are referencing the wrong service's description. We provided you with the facts before you paid, delivered the documents, and refunded your fees in full despite meeting our business-day obligations.

Unable to complete the Job, Firm has at this lime would not be suitable for serious professionals

Spent untold hours trying to actually get my work order finished. When it was done. Itcwas srill done incorrectly. I was shocked because my prior experiences were exceptional. I would strongly advise against using them for any document work.

John,

It is disappointing to see that you edited your original 5-star review to this. The reason we are 'not suitable' for you is that we do not tolerate customers who threaten our staff.

To be clear: The State of Connecticut rejected your document because the third-party online notary you hired failed to sign the paperwork effectively, an issue we warned you was a risk before we even started.

When we informed you of your notary's error, you responded by threatening our team with 'wire fraud,' 'criminal complaints,' and reports to the 'US Attorney'. Despite this aggressive behavior, we issued you a full refund immediately to close the matter. You even emailed us on Jan 7th stating: 'Thank you. I appreciate your prompt response and refund'. Your updated review is dishonest and contradicts your own final correspondence.

We're happy to have parted ways. Please do not contact our company again as this matter is now closed.
