The website is not user friendly

The website is not user friendly. It is difficult to negotiate and requires multiple attempts to be successful. Key sections are blocked by other drop down sections making it impossible to fill out. Moreover, because your contact person/ support person is different every time you call I received contradictory and confusing direction, causing me to revise my documents four times and to pay four separate notary fees. Other than this I received the documents in a timely fashion, but of course I paid extra for an expedited process. I hope this feedback helps you to upgrade your website and customer support process.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m sorry the process felt frustrating and that it resulted in multiple revisions and notary fees.

A quick clarification: the payment/checkout portion you referenced runs through our merchant processing service, which is separate from the submission and review workflow. That said, we agree the overall experience should feel smoother and we’re continuing to improve it.

Regarding the form: the dropdown restrictions are intentional guardrails. Certain options can’t be combined depending on the document type and destination requirements, so earlier selections are required first to prevent customers from choosing options that may seem possible but ultimately aren’t.

On support, because we’re a large company, calls may be answered by different representatives depending on availability. Remember, emails are centralized and every submission goes through a management approval process prior to being finalized to ensure accuracy. If anything you received felt contradictory, we absolutely want to pinpoint what it was so we can correct it internally.

You’ve also worked with us previously, and we’ve always been happy to accommodate you directly by email whenever the online form wasn’t convenient.

Said it was 4 weeks and it was

Said it was 4 weeks and it was. Sadly zero communication. Left in the dark, no reply to emails. Did get a wrong answer from our call in. But only in the end did it work out as promised.

We normally keep customers updated throughout the process, and I’ll be candid: after reviewing the email history for reference 10659096, this is the first time I’ve personally seen a communication gap like this. You requested a status update on January 6th, and we didn’t respond until January 16th when we notified you the order was completed. That delay is unacceptable, and I’m looking into exactly why it happened so it doesn’t happen again. I’ll also be addressing it directly with our team.

I’m also very interested in the contradictory information you were given during your call-in. If you can share what you were told, we can correct it internally. Please note that while our phone support team is very knowledgeable, all orders and final submission steps go through management review/approval before anything is finalized, specifically to ensure accuracy.
