Walked a mile to drop off an Evri parcel only to be told no parcels accepted until after 2.30 pm!!!! It was 12 noon. Shop totally empty!!!! Another very angry mile walk home. Pathetic that these shops... See more

Usually the staff at One Stop…
Usually the staff at One Stop Chaddesden are lovely but just had an unpleasant experience with a very passive aggressive and condescending shop assistant (26.4.23 at 9am). Clearly gets her kicks out of making customers feel bad and resents dealing with Evri parcels.
Reckless driving by HGV driver
It says alot when there are 84% 1 star reviews for Onestop. Had a reckless HGV driver squeeze past my car violently and drove off leaving dents and obviously getting away scot-free because police would not investigate. Beware of this vehicle YN20 SDZ if is the same driver. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am just thankful that I am not injured and accept there are unlimited scumbags in the world who get away and just have to let this go.
One stop Aldershot - DONT GO!
I’ve vowed to myself I’m never going back to my local one stop again. The staff are so unbearably rude and unpleasant. I’ve been shouted at, patronised, told off in multiple occasions … infact once I ended up in tears infront of my small child it was so bad. I’ve just had to go back after months of promising I’d never go back there but figured it would be ok, my heart sunk as soon as I saw the guy working on shift .. I used the Evri machine to drop off a return, there is no bin there or any kindof place to put the backs of the sticky label. He demanded I marched back to throw away my rubbish with SUCH a rude tone (one sticky label paper) … I would NEVER expect anyone to clean up after me im a very tidy and respectful person. But there was no bin, and I had to walk there and back with no pockets to take it away whilst also holding my toddlers hands. If you’re going to shout at people to clear up ‘rubbish’ then I’d suggest you put bins out so people can. I also don’t expect to me spoken to so badly infront of small children.
Plastic in salad bag
I bought a salad bag from Onestop I had chewed it and it cut my mouth. There was plastic in amongst the shredded salad. Of course I took it out and took the bag back to the store.
One month later I am still waiting for them to follow this up so as you can imagine, I am deeply concerned. I will resume this review when I know the full outcome.

I used to use this shop to post my hermes parcels that was until I took a parcel to the store but was told they couldn't take my parcel as there wasn't enough room for them to take my parcel however there was room for the lady in front of me to give in her 2 parcels . I asked where the nearest parcel place was which may I add I couldn't get to as I am partially disabled. When I mentioned my disability they suddenly wanted to take in my parcel. By this time I was already offended as I shouldn't have to mention my disability specially when they had plenty of room to take it . I have contacted the customer service of this shop who just said that they will speak to the store . Absolutely terrible shop and terrible customer services
Absolute rip off the milk they sell…
Absolute rip off the milk they sell works out a lot dearer than tesco stores. In the future the One Stop will be a Non Stop. From now on I will walk an extra half mile to Sainsbury.

240 Holderness Rd, Hull HU9 2EU.
Didn’t enjoy this experience at all. went in for a few essentials , spotted a few other things I’d like . When I walked in I struggled to find a basket and my arms were full by this time . So I went back to the entrance to find a basket but there wasn’t any . I noticed everyone else shopping was struggling once their arms were full . I asked an assistant if he had a basket , he looked puzzled and eventually found one under some empty boxes! I’d gone off the idea of spending on anything else in that shop by then !!
onestop - broadbridge heath
The shop was the size of my mattress and was organised in a chaotic way that made me feel confused and overwhelmed. The only saving grace was the very helpful gentleman behind the tills (Luke) who helped me manage my shopping and gave me expert advice.
One Stop Wordsworth Road Loughborough
One Stop Wordsworth Road Loughborough. Have used this shop for several years for shopping and parcels and can’t recommend the staff highly enough, especially one lady called Amy. She is very kind, compassionate and nothing is too much for her. I believe the prices got better when it was taken over by Tesco but either way, if you’re desperate for anything, it’s a life saver. Thank you so much ladies and Amy, thanks for always making me feel better xxxxx
OneStop - Do not shop there
OneStop, 42 Annesley Rd, Newport Pagnell. MK16 0BG. Don’t suppose they’ll care about getting a negative review but what a rogue company. Refused a drop off parcel for Parcel2Go with no explanation despite being paid for in advance. Rude, appalling guy serving there at 9am on 3/1/23. Shouldn’t be serving the local community. DO NOT SHOP THERE
Don’t go to this place terrible service

Just don't go there thay rip you of...I gave back van next day no damage and I lost £500 deposit...AVOID THIS PLACE !!!!!!
Prices not what they seem
Normally a brilliant shop with friendly staff but lately they have a problem with overcharging. Today I purchased 3 items and two were more expensive at checkout than on the shelf. Jam tarts £1 on the shelf £1.10 at the till, Country slices £1.50 on the shelf and £2.30 at the till. Happening every day now. Wholesale price discrepancy tantamount to fraud. Sort it out!
Closed again
Closed again at 7.45pm.
No staff again I assume.
I wonder why ?
Staff Member Could Have Injured Me
I went into the shop on Highfield Road just to buy a bottle of pop and some cans of lager, I was getting the cans from the fridge and a lady who wasn't in the isle when I got there appeared and didn't warn me that she was right behind me. I backed up from the fridge and she bumped into me, nearly sending me flying into the fridge. No excuse or any kind of warning which is very dangerous, she could have caused an accident.
Another lady who works there is always miserable and expects the customer to put the basket away when it is actually their job, a lot of the staff there are so rude, lack any customer service skills and look like they don't want to be there, what happened to "service with a smile"?
Please discipline the staff as they really need a wake up call and especially since they don't care about the safety of their customers.
I give 1 star for my experience and…
I give 1 star for my experience and this is based off of pricing. I would give more stars to the staff themselves but overall I can't. We hear daily about the cost of living and food prices, so why do people continue to shop here? Onestop prices are extortionate and will always have products more expensive than anywhere else because they know they can jump up the prices of food because people are too lazy to go elsewhere. The worse thing about Onestop is they stock Tesco's own brand products (This is because Tesco own them). And onestop charges more for these products than Tesco itself. Tesco is down the road from Onestop in Hattersley but like I say, laziness kicks in and Onestop could be a few yards closer. These places need boycotting.
BEWARE- Gloucester OneStop kingsholm
BEWARE
I have ordered groceries online from One Stop Gloucester. Mistake.
Delivery charge of £1.79
Service charge of £3.85
SERVICE is dreadful, lazy staff, contempt for customers.
*****Wrong orders
*****Missing items
*****no communicating no offer a remedy when items are missing. This is common experience with delivery from this store
paying high service charges might indicate this shop cares about SERVICE.
It doesn’t care at all
They do not count items on bag before sending ?
They will not ring the customer if you can’t make the complete order
eg, “we’re out of cat food, would you like to cancel the order & use another provider”
at the very least refund any service charge, these missing items mean I HAVE TO GO TO A SHOP
Sneaky to do these partial orders without informing the customer, short term greed over long term custom.
All of these service charges would cover the cost of phone calls 📞 would easily cover usual standards of customer care & satisfaction.
Beware.
Have used this shop for many years and…
Have used this shop for many years and have always been well satisfied with the service. As well as general things like stationery, computer stuff, confectionery etc they offer postal services which normally is very good, but you do, unfortunately, get the odd glitch but that is not down to the one stop shop.
Pointless shopping
What is the point of this shopping centre, it opens late and closes early, it's like being back in the 18th century
