We have had a problem with our boiler where the pressure kept dropping. Other people have not been able to find the fault. Jason at One Stop Boilers did and fixed it. On time, clean and most of all, kept us in the loop of what was going on and why they were carrying out certain tests and repairs. Highly recommend!

I called Jason to disconnect a gas fire and cap off the supply. He was able to fit us in within a few days. He arrived when he said, calling ahead shortly before arrival. The job was neat and thorough, including leak tests of the system. Once again a job well done.

They were friendly and gave helpful advise on maintaining the boiler.

Top class work from probably the most polite trade ever. Jason turned up on time, after he gave us a promised 40 minutes notice, and went straight to work. Our problem was our boiler pilot light had stopped working and the whole unit was making loud noises so was shut off (over xmas). Jason examined the boiler top to bottom, found the two (serious) issues and explained both by showing us the affected parts and what had happened as well as giving a demonstration of why a unit wasn’t working (fan). He fixed both units with those he had in his van and when one didn’t work he didn’t try to sell us a whole new boiler but instead got his colleague to pop over with an identical unit to see if there was a fault with the one he had installed. There was - so they were able to rectify it on site. Price was very reasonable and was very clever upfront. I was so happy with the service that I asked if he could come back in a week to do a service and just check all is safe and well. Top man.

My boiler stopped working just before Christmas during the cold spell. I called a few engineers and was quoted high call out fees and/or had to wait days/weeks for an appointment.

Jason at One Stop wasn't available until the New Year but gave a likely diagnosis and a simple DIY solutions with what turned out to be a blocked condensate pipe. He provided a YouTube reference for me to follow and the issue was easily resolved.

This was an amazing selfless service that saved me time, money and a cold Christmas. I'd use and recommend One Stop based on such professional and helpful customer service alone. Thank you One Stop.

Asked One Stop Boilers to come out and service my boiler.

Reasonable cost. They arrived on time and ensured they took care to keep the area clean and tidy (using Matt's etc when stepping on counter tops).

Engineer was happy to explain everything he was doing and even pointed out something previous engineers (from other companies) appear not to have been doing during previous services.

Will use again next year for the annual service.

Jason contacted me through check a trade and got me an appointment straight away for a boiler service and to look at my heating. Darren who came was really knowledgeable and explained everything to me. When I’ve needed any advice they’ve been most helpful and been very prompt with replies. 100% recommend them.

Had a radiator removed & replaced. Excellent service & care of our home. Engineer was very informative and helped with any needs we had.
