Have used “OneStop” for about 4 years now. They have clear pricing and provide a fast, friendly and efficient service. We have used them to Service our Gas boiler(s), Run new gas pipe to a gas fire, replace corroded external pipework, plumb and fit gas Hob in our new kitchen and for the odd emergency call out. We would not even consider using any other company. We would wait for Jason and his team. As you can see … We are (and continue) to be very impressed by their consistent level of service. Although I struggle to see why they are only 4.9 out of 5.0 🤔 There must be some mistake.

Great service from start to finish. From my initial enquiry the customer service with Jason was brilliant. Quick responses, flexible for appointments and fast follow up on visits. We had originally booked to check a leak in a boiler of a property we just bought. Turns out it was a bigger job than we thought but, the team were very informative and gave us a number of options to choose from. We chose to go for a complete new boiler which was fitted in no time by Darren. Again follow up to this with paperwork and guarantees was seamless. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again when needed.

Would highly recommend, Jason responded to a checkatrade post promptly, sorted out the very next day. Kept informed on what time he would be arriving, would use again in the near future.

Serviced our boiler and they were punctual, friendly and informative. We then invited them back to relocate the boiler flue. Darren the engineer was also punctual, friendly and informative. The job turned out to take twice as long as they had expected but Darren completed it with patience and good humour and they honoured the existing quote. Thoroughly recommend.

Carried out a service on my boiler and I found them to be fast, efficient and polite. Took around half an hour and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber. Excellent service.

They were quite busy and on holiday when I first contacted them but once they were able to respond they arranged a visit and fitted what I wanted really quickly.

Darren successfully fitted a HIVE to my really old boiler. I am well pleased. Thumbs up all the way. Will be using them to fit new boiler in the not too distant future.

Found onestop boilers on checkatrade and recieved a text within minutes of posting the job.
Jason and Jon came around on the day arranged and did a fantastic job fitting two radiators for us. We were also given recommendations and advise on any future jobs we had in mind. Will definitely be calling them again. Not on bin day tho 👀

Booked OneStop for a boiler service and isolating a gas valve for a redundant gas cooker. Great service, fantastic communication throughout, friendly, flexible, reliable, reasonably priced. What a refreshing experience! A massive well done, Jason and the team!

Jason was smart and found the leaking problem in our lounge super quick. The old lead piping posed a little challenge but he quickly found a solution from a supplier. As well as being courteous and sociable his expertise and knowledge saved the day. Ironically the boiler stopped working later which has absolutely nothing top do with the cold water pipe he plugged and he fixed that super quick the next day. We hadn't serviced it for years. Knows what he is doing for sure!

I had a plumbing emergency recently & by chance found One Stop on Check A Trade & thank goodness I did!
Jason arranged a visit immediately.
He was punctual, polite, considerate, cleaned up after himself & also very kind, I was quite stressed out by the size of the problem & although he spent far longer than he or I had anticipated on the job, he worked calmly & efficiently, which reassured me.
Jason’s knowledge of plumbing, his experience & expertise were second to none, he explained precisely what he was doing & why, every step of the way.
I have found my plumber for life & would recommend One Stop to anyone looking for simple, honest value for money plumbing solutions.
