Order placed 2nd January, still waiting for next day delivery, on the 8th,,what a joke ,won't be using again....

Purchased twin grow lights and was so pleased that I ordered another pair. Good value for money. Very well packaged with no damage on delivery

I had an issue with an order and needed to deal with Customer services i dealt with a lovely young Lady Amy she went above and beyond to help me. She is a real asset to the company. Thanks again Amy your a star 🌟.

Placed an order on October 5th, and 12 days later, nothing has arrived. After the promised 3-day dispatch period, I emailed to follow up. They said one product was out of stock, agreed to refund it, and promised to dispatch the rest that day—never happened. Emailed again, waited days for a reply due to their terrible communication, only to hear another product was out of stock. Agreed to another refund, but no response since. Requested a full cancellation and refund, and they’ve gone silent. Awful customer service, zero accountability. Now I’m forced to chase my money through Klarna. Avoid One Stop Grow Shop at all costs—they take your money and deliver nothing.

Wow! What great customer service...had to return a light which failed after 18 months, it was covered under manufacturers warranty. Although OSGS could have said its my responsibility to contact manufacturers myself, what they actually did was contact them on my behalf, arrange all shipping and provided me with a new unit. Such a rarity nowadays to get great customer service. I can't praise them enough.

I would have gave it 0 stars but it wasn't an option they take your money promising next day delivery when they dont send orders for 3 days even though you've paid extra for the next day delivery. They then refund your money after 3 days of waiting to be told you have now to wait another 10 days to get your money that you paid them instantly

Had an issue with the first tent I had bought (zip sticking and not going down) and the lights too (flickering at one point for a long period) so emailed the team to look at options.

Logan replied and offered a full refund or replacement on the items, my choice.

As I had already changed tents and light setup i went for the refund option. Logan sorted next day courier pickup and a refund swiftly and promptly too.

I had 3 items ordered and sent on time .
When they were delivered on Friday, I found that they were leaking. I emailed and had the issue resolved on Monday afternoon with a refund and replacements on their way. Well done, thank you very much.

I ordered what I thought was already a great deal on lighting and wanted to upgrade...I emailed and they threw in a ballast at no charge. Also have bought a full grow tent kit from them. Everything is great quality and runs a dream. Highly recommend.

I made an approximately £900 order on the 7 august,
The website said it was in stock so I went ahead and ordered.
Today I receive an email apologising for the delay.
I’ve called them to see what the delay is, and one of the 3 items are not in stock and they don’t seem to know when it will be, apparently it’s a supplier issue
I’ve asked for them to post the other 2 items and they say they can’t.
I will continue this review in a few days

Made a purchase and paid, then told the product was out of stock and offered something totally different that I didn’t want or need, I have asked for a refund and this was agreed in June, now in August and still no refund, what a rip off!

Tried to give them a chance but wow… big mistake. Zero knowledge behind the counter, felt like I knew more than the staff (and I’ve only been growing a year). Prices are laughably high for gear you can get cheaper and faster elsewhere. No updates after placing the order, and when I chased, they acted like it was my fault for expecting decent service.

Found the company very helpful good customer service service will be using again thank you.

Sent me a bottle of nutrients almost 2 years out of date. After my complaint, they sent out another out of date bottle from the same batch. After ANOTHER complaint, they assured my they have spoken with the warehouse and sent another bottle out. YOU GUESSED IT...this was ALSO out of date and clearly from the same batch! What an embarrassment of a company

Amazing customer service

These guys offer a better shopping experience than huge high street retailers. Quick, efficient, to the point and honest… sensible prices help too! Joe helped me with my custom setup, made sure I was happy and has offered continued support over the phone. Unless they were to give stuff away for free I can’t think of how they could improve their service any further.

Great company to order from, kept up to date with the delivery. Products as ordered, and working well.

Delivery took way to long. For something i could have bought from other providers. I was offered a Discount on my next purchase :-(. I did email your support team about an unrelated item where i was asking for advice on specific grow lights I received a reply from someone who said that they didn't know the answer to my query and that I should call the sales team. I considered this to be very poor customer focus on your behalf.

Perfect item(s). Great prices. Very fast despatch and delivery. What more could you want. I'm absolutely delighted with my purchase(s) and am very happy to recommend.
