Run away, run away, the worst customer service experience of my life, lie after lie regards delivery and if they have stock, have had no choice but to cancel my order after 2 and a half weeks of no product being delivered, the worst customer service I have ever received in my life.

Great products and service top quality setup I bought

I had a problem happen with one of the product I received from onestopgrowshop, I never asked for replacment but did buy more parts that I needed for dwc tub, The only thing I asked as it was an emergency was if they could sent it out for next day delivery, I offered to even pay extra. I was told this was not a problem and the product would arrive the very next day. never turned up since then the plant has died on me. So no need for the product anymore. I bet this was management who overrid this persons plan. Well let me tell you management. I wont ever buy from onestopgrowshop again. you serioulsy let me down and no doubt there will be many reasons and excuses but as it stands im still waiting for something to arrive that I no longer need. So seriously Screw you onestop Screw you. Seriously pissed off will use growwell from now on

Just what I ordered

I ordered a product, they sent me an incomplete product and to get my money back I have to return the order at my own expense. I will lose money for shipping and tax. Because I ordered from this store I only lost money and I have an incomplete product, for which I still have to buy the missing part. I do not recommend this store because they cheated me. it did not write that the product was incomplete and after consulting the manufacturer I received information that they only sell it in a set.

Really helpful and a great range of products and information, would definitely recommend for your hydroponic needs

I ordered a hydroponics kit for my mum for Christmas. My order was originally shipping incorrectly with some parts missing. Kieran from One Stop Grow Shop was extremely helpful and shipped the missing parts promptly. Thank you!

After placing order received somebody else's by mistake contacted customer service and they arranged collection of items and delivery of my items very swiftly, Excellent customer service.

First class service 🙌 had a problem missing grommets from a set up spoke to Beth and 1 picture message she had it resolved can't ask for better service as it don't exist

I recently had an issue with a product recall, I kindly asked one stop grow shop to help with the issue and they were fantastic. They resolved my issue within 24 hours and I'm very happy. Thank you again and I highly recommend their products too.

Had a great buying experience from the guys here. I placed a large order and it was delivered the next day. One item was sent out with an unlabelled bottle but when I queried if it was the only missing item from my order they didn’t want tot take any chances so sent me out another bottle the next day. Couldn’t fault them. Not everything goes perfect in business but I’d have no issues ordering from these guys again. Special mention to Beth from the place for sorting everything so fast.

I purchased a secret jarden monkey fan from one stop grow shop after being recommended to use these guys by a friend of mine on the 4th of november, just under a month old and the wires have rubbed on the fan itself when oscillating making a hole in the wire causing the unit to blow. I was unable to contact one stop until the 9th of December 5 days after a month of purchasing this bit of equipment due to other priorities with my daughter being born.

I was asked to return this item and wait two weeks until I had a replacement. This time scale alone is unreasonable for such a cheap but important peice of equipment let alone one stop not even acknowledging this being a pretty serious fire hazard with thousands of pounds of equipment in a room. This should be a straight replacement not a two week wait, I sent clear evidence of blackening on the unit where the wires rubbed together through both videos and pictures as well as the fan not working. The fan has no purpose other than the bin. For £30 it's not worth the risk of my electric tripping without warning or worse loosing my equipment to a fire.

Lesson is if it ain't broke don't fix it, back to the grow works for me.

Great service fast delivery was an issue with the order whence it arrived but I called and had a replacement order sent out in less than 30 seconds overall a brilliant service considering every other business takes 3-5 working days to even reply the lady I spoke to on the phone spoke really clear was lovely all in all will use this service again
