Efficient and listened to what we have nst d as a family

I honestly wish I had never booked with One World Travels UK.
I dealt with Agent Peter, and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating. Every time I asked a simple question, I got a different answer. It felt like I was constantly being misled instead of helped.
They kept talking about ATOL protection, but when I asked for proof, they couldn't provide it. They also claimed that Brightsun Travel was their partner, but that didn't appear to be true. It felt like I was being told whatever would convince me to book.
The worst part is that they still haven't refunded my money. I've been chasing them for answers, but all I get are delays, excuses, and no real solution.
Once they had my payment, their customer service completely changed. Getting hold of anyone was difficult, and nobody seemed interested in actually resolving the issue.
This has been one of the worst travel booking experiences I've ever had. I would never book with One World Travels UK again, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're thinking about using them, be very careful and make sure you get everything in writing before paying.

Kingston was very helpful, and was always happy to help with all queries that I had, and was very prompt with his help. I can highly recommend speaking to him when booking a trip.

Appalling Service & Delayed Refund of £2,458

I have been dealing with extremely poor service regarding a pending refund of £2,458 for my booking managed by OWT Group Ltd. They have been delaying my refund for weeks now. Despite emailing and calling their manager, Max Brown, directly on multiple occasions, I have received zero response or accountability. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I expect my £2,458 to be refunded immediately without further delay.

Ruby Elliott has been absolutely amazing throughout my booking. Ruby has suggested and put together lots of holiday packages for me until I decided on one that ticked all the boxes. Ruby answered all my questions and has been very patient with my requests. Thank you Ruby. 😊

1 Star – Unacceptable Service & Unresolved Refund (£203.00)

I have experienced appalling service from OWT Group Ltd regarding a refund of £203.00 that has been left unprocessed since May. Despite attempts to contact manager Max Brown directly via phone and email, I have had no response whatsoever. Ignoring customers and delaying refunds for months is completely unacceptable. I require my £203.00 refund to be released immediately.
