Unfortunately, my experience with Adriian Close was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

I booked a family trip to Disneyland Paris to celebrate my granddaughter’s first birthday and relied on the travel agent’s expertise to guide us through the process. Instead, we encountered multiple misunderstandings, unexpected costs and unnecessary stress.

We had no option or choice. We travelled with Ryanair and ended up paying over £385 in additional luggage fees. When we arrived, we were informed that baby luggage allowances were included, something that was never clearly explained during the booking process. We also had no choice with hotel booking and got the grand magical hotel which is a beautiful hotel stuff on the ground or amazing? It’s just staff at reception as I did say we booked this holiday for my granddaughter‘s first birthday they couldn’t accommodate a cake. It had to be at that terms in the Restaurant 6:30pm when clearly we were at Disneyland park.

I also explained that I had not visited Disneyland Paris for over years and as I explained it was my family’s daughter-in-law‘s granddaughter first visit wasn’t unfamiliar with how things work today. It was not properly explained that there are now two separate parks requiring separate tickets. As a result, we had to spend even more money purchasing additional tickets ourselves.

The costs kept adding up through luggage, seat reservations and park tickets. By the end of it, the holiday had cost so much more than expected that I could have booked directly with Emirates for a similar price and likely received a better overall experience.

What I found particularly concerning was being asked to leave a review before we had even travelled. At the time, I gave a positive review despite already experiencing several issues and misunderstandings. Having now completed the trip, I feel that review did not reflect the reality of my experience.

While the staff at the hotel are lovely and we made the best of our holiday, the service provided by the travel agent fell far below expectations. Travelling with young children can be challenging enough, and the purpose of using a travel agent is to reduce stress, not add to it.

I cannot recommend this service based on my experience and believe future customers should ensure every detail, cost and ticket requirement is confirmed independently before booking.

Kingston is lovely, helped me every step of the way with all my questions. Answered everything and gave me All the information I needed in detail

spoke with Jordan Parker and he came across a very Professional agent who went above and beyond in checking out dates and venues. Hotels and flights from Scotland . Customer service was 10/10 and I will revisit later on plan a holiday for October. It was a pleasure dealing with this Travel company

I have been wanting to plan a nice holiday for my youngest finishing school and my eldest turning 18. I gave Jordan Parker my information and he has organised everything and more of what I ask, he communication at all times has been amazing, I can not thank Jordan enough and very much looking forward to a wonderful holiday

We are just back from an AMAZING 4 nights at Disney Paris. Cannot thank Jordan Parker at One World Travel enough for booking our trip, flights, hotel and Disney passes. Jordan even texted us just before and during our trip to ensure everything was in order. Excellent company and 5*service. Highly recommend 👌

I wanted a quote on a holiday to disneyland and Kingston went above and beyond to help me. He was so patient with me as I kept delaying him while I spoke to my partner, he didnt mind at all. He found us such a good deal too.

Jordan parker has helped me organise and book 2 hollidays so far, the 1st to krakow was fantastic, the second is coming up in October but I have no doubts it will be just as wonderful. He is incredibly helpful and informative always willing to go the extra mile, I have already been in contact with Jordan to organise a holliday for 2027! The whole experience with one world travels has been excellent.

Am currently speaking with Martin Wolfe who has helped me to book my holiday to Disney land Paris, any questions or worries I have had have been answered straight away. I haven’t been yet but so far so good I will give a more better review when I get back from our holiday

One of the agents, Ruby Elliot, was very helpful in finding me great deals! Response was very quick and efficient. She’s very polite too and accommodating! Would highly recommend and definitely will be getting in touch with her again for a new holiday.

My wife booked our holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia but the package was not delivered. We had issues with the company in getting all of our flight tickets and had to keep pestering them. Once in Vietnam our transfer didn’t turn up and our excursion in Halong Bay was cancelled when we arrived. Once we got to Cambodia we had similar issues, our Kompong Phluck excursion didn’t happen and our final Banteia trip didn’t happen either. My wide has contacted One world vibes repeatedly but they are not at all helpful. They said they would reimburse her the lost excursion costs and the missing transfer costs but never did. As a company they work well to get you a package but then leave you to fend for yourselves when things go wrong. They are not ABRA or ATOL protected as they say. We are now having to claim through our bank. Please think twice before booking.

Martin Wolfe was dealing with my query . he was prompt to reply my query , patiently executed my request , came up with various options , followed up the progress of plan and finalising and ofcourse very patient and polite . Highly recommend .

I am extremely disappointed with Tour Help (partnered with One World Travels) after my recent experience. While I had previously booked two great holidays with them and agent Michael was helpful, their service has failed completely during a difficult time. I booked a third holiday to Turkey and paid a £200.00 deposit, but due to a family emergency, I had to cancel and return to my country. Although the company initially agreed to refund my deposit within 14 days, they are now refusing to return my money. Michael has stopped replying to my messages, and no one will answer my calls. It is appalling that a company can provide good service for bookings but completely ghost their customers when a legitimate refund is due. I strongly advise caution when booking with Tour Help or One World Travels, as they disappear when issues arise. I am still waiting for my £200.00 refund from OWT GROUP as no response after emailing regarding my refund

From initial contact Jordan Parker has been absolutely amazing creating our a dream holiday in the Maldives as a surprise for my partner. Jordan really listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond putting my mind at rest with everything happening in the UAE at the moment. Always available to answer any questions.
