Great products and prices with fast shipping!!!

Flooring arrived as expected and matched perfectly.

Searched everywhere for trim pieces for flooring that was discontinued. On flooring came through.

I was concerned about ordering flooring on line and spending thousands of dollars from a company I knew nothing about, I called and talked to Marc about different flooring and he had the factory send samples talked a few more times and each time Marc would answer the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable about my questions. I ordered the flooring and accessories on Wednesday and received the flooring on the following Thursday by trucking company and accessories on Friday by UPS, the trucking company delivered two pallets to exactly where I wanted them, everything arrived in great condition and exactly what I ordered. Onflooring saved me over a dollar a square foot, I would highly recommend them if you need flooring.

Every piece was in perfect condition… my contractor did a marvelous job. He would have liked the boards to have been longer, say, 5 feet…less cutting. But it worked.

Good product, prompt delivery, prices a little high but I didn't find this product anywhere else. The thresholds match my floor and look great.

Try to match certain products and manufacturers on the website to your products is a terrible hassle and we purchased 3 separate Versatrim tall stairnose none of which matched well it would be nice for the cost of the materials that a way of cross referencing products to yours would be most helpful.

Purchases for the project I am currently referencing came from my account and my G/F ordered from her home PC. In the past I have ordered “Brushed Oak”, “Grey Riven Slate” and and searched for a “Bleached Elm” but settled on a best guess visually, not all purchases have been stair nosing. Lets not loose site of the complaint shall we. The product is fine but my point was the process for selecting a proper match could be much simpler.

Received in a timely manner, undamaged and purchasing was easy. Would definitely recommend.
