I have been ordering from Kitco Metals for 10 years. Their VaultChain Silver and Pool accounts are great for trading precious metals. They are an honest company that cares about their customers. If I get anything shipped, it's always professional and packed securely. This is my go to company. They always have the best prices and low spots.

Great customer service.
Had a small problem on line, called customer support on phone. The kitco representative talked me thru my problem step by step and fixed my problem, she then continued on and helped me place my order that I had originally tried to do online. She made the whole buying incident very easy.

It was not a seamless experience this time. I linked a new card to make a purchase and it was denied, saying my address didn’t match the card. Wrong. I input the same information again and it worked.
