Fuming !!! Rude deliver driver dragged the carpet through the mud my cats have been really sick I can’t afford to have dirt inside my home ! Lady said on the phone they will give feed back ! Great 👍 what is it going to achieve

TERRIBLE customer service with regard to delivery!!!! Very unhelpful about the fact that we needed a time slot that could work around us. They are extremely rigid and do not take anything into account. Also for such a big company they have not invested sufficiently in logistics, it's a one man delivery for huge heavy rolls of carpet and they need help on the other side! ONE MAN DELIVERY!!! Surely they can afford to employ another person and not have to rely on help from the poor customer (in this case me who cannot lift heavy things). How come when you get fridges/freezers delivered by companies you're not expected to help but here you are?! All in all this caused me a huge amount of stress and I can only come to the conclusion that profits are more important to them than investing in helpful customer service staff and delivery staff. The reply will be "sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience...." it's not an individual experience, their whole setup needs to improve! Yet they seem to content with responding to numerous individuals about 'their experience' rather than admit that they are a 'greedy' family owned business who do not care.

Service and delivery was great with no problems. We bought this carpet to put in an awning on our caravan and it feels good underfoot, it looks great & homely, lots of complements so Thank you for your effient service.

Ordered some free samples which arrived very quickly and had handy QR codes on the back to see them online again. Ordered my flooring and it turned up on time, plenty of communication letting me know what was happening with my order and the product is great.

Brilliant service from online carpets,ordering was easy delivered was very quick and the carpet came very well wrapped up and the delivery man put the carpet where I wanted it to go without no fuss. The carpet is now down and we had more then I ordered.Online carpets were the cheapest on line by a mile,I would definitely recommend them and I would use them in the future.

Cannot recommend this company enough. Very affordable flooring and free fast delivery. Have placed 2 orders so far, one for laminate flooring then one for carpets. Both were over the free delivery amount so I just went for that to save money however both orders came super quickly which I wasn’t expecting! Both delivery drivers were helpful and friendly and came on time. Will deffo be ordering from here again
