The site is simple and easy to understand. The cost was very reasonable, and payment was easily accomplished. The options to receive the DMV reports was also easy.

Clearly there are satisfied customers but everyone should be aware that this is a subscription service. I paid the $1 only to end up being charged for a subscription. I had to cancel my credit card to stop the process.

I am pretty blown away. I stumbled across this website while researching a property I want to buy. The report was more than sufficient for what I needed. The price was incredibly cheap. Then, their rep (Jeremy) texted me, following up with me to confirm I had received the info, had questions or needed further information. I took advantage of the offer, and asked for more information. Within thirty minutes I received that information as well. He was polite, responsive, informative and knowledgeable. I don’t know what they pay this guy, but it’s not enough. I am in sales/mgmt and have been for a long time. I deal with people everyday that don’t do half the job and deliver information the consideration of a clients time. Well done Jeremy.

Review keeps getting removed.
I was over charged for what I ordered, it was 1$
It came out of my bank right away. Three days later it charged me again.
I was not refunded because my bank disputed the charge prior. Three stars for customer service but buyer beware.

This was very easy to access on line and for $1.00, I got a great deal of detailed information. They also have other options, for a low cost, that you can get to access even more information than they provide.
