It’s not clear how you contact the Pharmacy for help or advice while on mounjaro and ordering is not clear on the app either
Have used boots as they are a big name so felt safer but maybe thinking I’ve done the wrong thing because of how unuser friendly the app is I’ve managed to order on line and re order but still not sure of the process very unclear

Rubbish service
Rubbish service. Ordered a prescription and the prescription was never provided. I had to ring the chemist on multiple occasions and have still not received confirmation that the order is ready.
Boots are rubbish, never had any trouble with superdrug.
Asked for a refund, yet i have to do all the leg work and still ill only get a partial refund. ***AVOID BOOTS***

Very poor experience with Boots Online Doctor. I would not use them again.
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Boots Online Doctor. The identity verification process was poor, repetitive and badly handled. I tried numerous times to confirm my identity, but the system kept rejecting the pictures and there was very little practical help offered to resolve the issue.
I fully understand that procedures need to be followed, especially with online healthcare services. However, there is a big difference between carrying out proper checks and making a genuine customer feel as though they are being treated like a thief or a child. That is exactly how this experience felt.
The communication from the people dealing with my order came across as arrogant, rigid and unhelpful. There was no real sympathy, no proper guidance and no sense that anyone was interested in helping me complete the process. It felt like a box-ticking exercise rather than customer service.
I was also very uncomfortable with being asked repeatedly for photographs of sensitive ID documents such as a passport or driving licence. I was not given clear enough information about why repeated images were needed, how my personal data would be processed, how long it would be stored or what protections were in place. In the current climate, where fraud and identity theft are serious concerns, companies should be far more transparent and reassuring when asking customers to upload personal documents.
This whole experience left me with very little confidence in Boots Online Doctor. For a company with the Boots name, I expected a much more professional, helpful and secure-feeling service.
I cancelled my order and will not be using Boots Online Doctor again. I would strongly advise others to research alternative providers before using this service, as the same medication may be available elsewhere, sometimes at a better price and with a much smoother process.
