They took good care of my needs to get my passport in 2weeks thank you

I had bad experience using this service to try and get an expedited passport. My time horizon was 5 weeks out from my trip and wanted to make sure I had a passport in plenty of time. I went through their online application process and then had a follow up conversation with one of their representatives to confirm what I would need to get from the passport office. At this point of the process I had confirmed my trip itinerary and timeline with Passport Center and that I was using their service for an expedited passport.

I was told I would need to have my documents certified and pay for the passport at the passport office and that I would also need to provide them with a trip itinerary, and then all of this information would need to be sent to the Passport Center.

Once I arrived at the Passport office, I was immediately informed that I could not use an expediting service, because the time line of my trip was too far out. I was then told that I would need to come back two weeks before trip and submit the paperwork if I wanted to use an expediting service. They gave me another option of simply paying for expedited processing through the passport office itself. Which I went ahead and did.

Passport Center took my money, aware that I would be unable to use their service as described.

I then reached out to the Passport Center and to cancel my order with them. At which point told someone would reach out to me in regards to the cancelation no one did. At this point I reached to my CC company to start a dispute process on the charge, as I had not used their service.

This happened at the August, it's now October and I still have had no follow up from Passport Center and the dispute with my CC is on going.

I couldn't in good faith recommend anyone using this company.

HAD to have an expedited passport in 2 weeks after it was lost/stollen. Then with 4 days left, I had to resend my photos, and they held my hand through it all, and it arrived with hours to spare!! Thank you!

While in the initial stage, I had some trepidations, Passport Center performed admirably from beginning to end. I was assigned a contact as soon as I sent my application in, and my assigned contact, as well as others at Passport Center, responded immediately to all my inquiries. I am an experienced attorney and give advice for a living; my advice to you is to hire Passport Center. I feel confident you will not be disappointed.

The folks at GovWorks.com helped me navigate the process of replacing my lost passport and expediting the process. They were very patient and made sure each step was covered.

THIS COMPANY STEALS FROM YOU! I had a death in the family and had to cancel my trip. My mother had passed and I needed to be with the family during this time. This company refused to refund me all of my money stating that it was in the documents that I had signed that they didnt have to give it back to me. I cant even use the service now because my trip had been cancelled so I wasnt able to get my passport either. Not to mention I was on hold for 2 hours to get in contact with someone that could tell me that I was out of luck. I would highly recommend using a different service when they refuse to help someone that had their own mother pass away..

The process worked exactly as explained. You can’t ask for anything more.

I was leaving in a week and I was soooo overwhelmed because I didn’t have my passport and I didn’t know if it’d come on time but sure enough I found passport center and they were soo thorough with instructions on how to process your payment rapidly and correct. I had many questions and they were always answering accurately every question I had and always reassured me if I had any other questions to just give them a call and my passport got here within 4 days! I had such an easy experience. First I would like to say in order for your passport to be expedited your travel dates can’t be over the two week time. I read the reviews and purchased my passport but waited until the two week mark to head to the post office.

The customer service was phenomenal, they walked me through every step and it was extremely easy.
The best part is I paid for the 7-10 day, well I sent in my paperwork on Friday and today(Wednesday) I got my passport! It took 4 business days!! I’m so thrilled I will definitely be recommending this service to everyone!

I'll be honest, I thought these guys were jerking me around at first, but after going through the process, I am so relieved they were handling my stuff. They contacted me every time there may have been a change, easy to reach too! Would definitely refer them to some one who is in need of a passport within a month.

They were prompt and I received it a day early.

Could not get my documents in time to get passport for my trip. Never downloaded anything from Passport center. Called within one hour of paying Two hundred dollars to cancel and was informed absolutely no refunds. Instead issued voucher which I won’t need because I will not need passport expedited! Refund policy should be clearly defined when beginning process! I would not recommend this company!

Confirming other complaints on this site. Under the guise of their refund policy, Govworks Passportcenter.com will take your money without providing any services. I had applied for an expedited passport (order number GW-7FF36563B), which required me to provide payment up front. After taking my payment, they had me call them immediately, and when I did, they told me that the 24 hour service was unavailable because they couldn’t get an appointment with the passport agency in time. I canceled on the spot on-line. They did not respond to this refund request for several weeks. One month later, only after a phone call and an e-mail request, they finally replied, saying that I was not eligible to a full refund according to their refund policies. Their policy makes sense if they had initiated any work, but the only service they provided to me was to tell me that they could not provide the service that they had advertised. For that, they charged me 100 dollars. Classic bait-and-switch.

Received my passport one day earlier than expected, in 6 days including a weekend. Tracking the process step by step is easy by clicking the link provided by email. You might be putting on hold for a while when calking, but eventually you'll get someone to help. Recommend this service.

I was so skeptical and freaked out that I’d get robbed of this money and I wouldn’t get a passport in the week and a half I needed it by! But it was the only option left so I dove in and took the risk!
It’s a longer process to get all the documents together and make sure u have everything put together but when I had questions and called I’d be on hold for awhile but when they did answer they’d answer my questions and try to help me figure things out they polite and curiosities!
I definitely would recommend to anyone who needs a passport in days or weeks!
They told me I wouldn’t get my passport till the day before I left but it’s here a week early so I’m satisfied 😊

Easy, helpful and extremely quick!

It was surprisingly easy to go through the process. When I had a question, everyone that I talked to was knowledgeable and courteous.

I was nervous and skeptical to send my passport off but they assured me with their frequent updates of where my passport through the whole process. I was provided with e mail, phone, and chat opportunities throughout as well. I received my passport earlier than expected even through a holiday weekend. I highly recommend this service and company.
