I feel completely misled by this company. The website gives the impression that you're using an official filing service, when in reality it's a third-party business charging additional fees for something that can often be done directly.
I ended up paying for a service I didn't need because I genuinely believed it was the official route. The way the service is presented is, in my opinion, misleading and left me feeling scammed.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this service checks whether they can file directly with Companies House before paying any fees.

We are officially registered by Companies House as an Authorised Filing Software Provider and Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), and recognised by HMRC for Making Tax Digital (VAT Returns) and Self Assessment. We are also supervised by HMRC for anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance. Customers are always free to file directly with Companies House themselves if they prefer. Our service is designed to help customers complete filings correctly, securely and in line with UK compliance requirements.
We can confirm that the order you placed with us was successfully submitted and accepted by Companies House on the same day. We also sent you an email confirming that your filing had been accepted.

For what it has to achieve it is pretty-much as good as it can be.
However, I was dismayed at the amount of privacy I was required to sacrifice. We are becoming a surveilance state, thats is just not British!!!
